Everytime our family goes to this Baskin Robbins they are ALWAYS out of the most popular flavors like Oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough, it’s unfortunate because we live so close and wanted to give a chance time and time again and we always leave disappointed. The popular flavors are popular for a reason therefore more should be ordered. We’ve gone at different times and this is always the case

When we were in the store we had asked for a large cup to go with two scoops, the worker charged us for a large (what we had ordered) when we had gotten in the car we went to take off the lid and a big cup came off and the ice cream ended up being in a small cup.

The shop was clean and inviting, with a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and ensuring I had the best possible experience. As for the ice cream, it was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect blend of creamy texture and rich flavor. The selection of toppings was impressive, and I loved being able to customize my treat to my liking.
Went on a busy Sunday evening and out of 3 employees one girl was on her phone while the customer line built up. When she finally put her phone down, it took repeating our order multiple times to get it right. ...and the cleanliness of the establishment was dismal. There was trash on the floor, a spot were someone just cleaned up spilled ice cream with napkins, a dirty cleaning cloth on a table, a dirty freezer and a dirty prep counter.

I want to know why the employee don't wear gloves? They put their hand inside to scoop the ice cream with no gloves and wearing jewelry. They were also rude.

We waited at the drive thru for 5 mins trying to get someone’s attention. We could see there was one worker cleaning the door and we tried getting her attention with no success. We thought maybe the speaker system wasn’t working so we drove up to the window. We waited there for a while and I decided to get down to see if ordering inside would be faster. When I got inside someone was taking the order of the car that had been behind us. I’m sure the workers could tell I was annoyed because after they helped everyone ahead of me they first took some time to gossip amongst themselves and then help me.
