This Baskin Robbins is pretty bad every time i go. They always act like they are getting paid per hour.
Update : This location still the worst location. The employee act with Zero sense of urgency. They always prioritize either Lobby or Drive thru leaving Online orders to the very last. They took 20-30 minutes to complete my order. This location is the worst if you want a better experience go to the location on N.Zaragoza- Rojas

Not even a handy dandy notebook could help this crew. The slowest and most clueless bunch I’ve ever seen. Took 30 minutes for me to get three items. Don’t go unless you got time.

All the staff was very friendly and energetic. It got pretty packed but they were quick at servicing everyone. We got samples and honest feedback on the flavors before we decided. The place was clean and we got to relax and eat our ice cream after a long day.

Ok this was creepy I did go get pistachio nut ice cream.but I didn't use my phone in any way to order it and paid cash. I know I have my phone following my moves but now it also listens? The ice cream was great I got a cone with a double scoop but couldn't finish it. It was too big.

Communication through drive thru is hard to speak to employees. I can't remember how many times I had to repeat myself. I asked for banana royal sundae. Didn't get any bananas on the cup they replaced with pieces of cakes on the bottom and a lot of whipped cream on top so I wouldn't notice. Never would come to this location.

I tried ordering a cake over the phone. I was told to do it online. I explained I wanted it customized and couldn't put all the details in through the online order. She had a bad attitude and asked why I couldn't just go to the store and order it. I explained I was not able to. She said she had a customer and I had to wait. She then put me on hold but not mute. I got to hear about the party she went to and how long she was there. There were no customers. It was just her having a conversation. I had the pleasure of hearing her have a conversation for 10 minutes before she got back to me. When she did the phone was breaking up as I gave her my phone number 4 times. She then just hung up and no longer answered the phone.

My 6 year old has never been to Baskin Robbins, today I decided to take him and he loves Vanilla Ice Cream we get there order it and the kid says I have bad news there is no more, I cant take one out because its a process and it will take too long!! Very sad, so we left..

I stopped right now, it's the third time I stop after 6p.m. and they don't seem to have the big waffle cones in the evening. I asked for two different ice cream flavors and the girl said they didn't have them yet I was looking at a tub that had one of the flavors on it, she said I can't serve you from it because it's frozen. It is ice cream and if they knew the other tub was empty why couldn't they open a new one, she just didn't want to work, it's not her business so she doesn't care. I just left without buying anything

The workers are just playing around. Absolutely awful. They don’t have any flavors or the right cones. Multiple people took my order and the were completely confused on what I got. The scoops were so big that my ice fell and the workers didn’t want to give me a cup for my other ice creams so they wouldn’t fall again. They were just completely unorganized.

One of the employees was serving our ice cream with super long nails and saw the ice cream touch her nail. Which I thought is very disgusting, no gloves. On top of that, she was gossiping and gossiping with her coworker having us wait for them to finish and continue ordering. Not going back.
