The worst Burger King and it's always the same thing Here. I was told by the girl that took my payment if I could wait there. There was still a few cars behind me . which she could be taking payments. So ai let her know. No it's ok i'll move forward there's a lot of people waiting. She then rolled her eyes and shut the window. she goes to the other window and tells the guy there something and they both look at me weird! When he gives me my food I tell him that it's really bad customer service for the girl taking orders to be rolling her eyes. He then says oh no it's cause we can get in trouble. ok ??? and that's my fault because? He then continues saying do you rather wait here or over there? i just ask you that next time just wait back there . umm no !!I ask you to get more employees and hurry up!

Don’t know if it’s the management but the service sucks due to the wait times. Been here multiple times and there is usually only two people working. One person to take your order then after taking your order that person also makes your food.

This is a terribly managed location. The manager was in the back mopping and the cashier was taking pictures/videos of her. The cashier should have been in a position to monitor the counter when customers are present. As I was at the counter trying to get the attention of the cashier without yelling across the store, another employee saw me, made eye contact with me, and continued to roam around the back without acknowledging me or getting the cashier's attention. The fountain drink machine in the lobby doesn't work. Not their fault, but the cashier handed me cups and left to the back to take the aforementioned photos/videos instead of pouring our drinks from the drive-thru dispenser. I ended up having to yell across the store to get their attention. When she came back up to the counter, she correctly guessed the ice machine wasn't working and offered ice from the working dispenser. She seemed bothered when I asked her to pour us soda from the working dispenser so we didn't have to pour the warm soda from the bad dispenser and water down the drinks more than a working one would. The place looks like they are closing down in the next couple of days and it is managed as such. If they aren't thinking of closing it, they should consider it.

You can't go wrong with a Mustard Whopper meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was dirty. The drink counter was full of soda that hadn't been cleaned off the counters, very sticky. The tables and chairs hadn't been wiped down, they were full of crumbs/food on the floor as well.
