We stopped by after church to grab some food, not realizing it was about 10 minutes before closing. I tried to order a 15-piece chicken tender meal, but was told they only had 6 pieces available. On top of that, they said there weren’t enough fries either. It was clear they just didn’t want to make fresh food since they were already getting ready to close. Last I checked, closing time is 9:00 PM, not 8:50 PM. Very disappointing service.

Every time I go to this store I have to but up with employee Maria r. I don't speak a lot of Spanish. She rolled her eyes at me when I only spoke English only. She is always horrible to deal with. I'm done with her..some one needs to address this

Ok so I placed my order through driver through Saturday night around 8 pm may 17 cashier didn't place my order right had to go back and ask them that I order koeslaw instead of mash potatoes, once I get home I realized that my 16 piece that I ordered spicy was mix with original and spicy and tell me why my 16 piece only had one breast and the rest was dark meat so disappointed

Unfortunately this location has never had freshly fried chicken . When I sat down to eat immediately the box was cold to the touch , chicken wasn’t even warm enough to create heat within the box for it to stay at temperature . Sadly didn’t receive what I paid for. As per photo .. it speaks for itself

Customer service is bad and rude including the manager, chicken was raw, mac and cheese was burned, I dont recommend this place

Went to churches in the evening. Service was friendly and great. Food was the usual churches quality. My only complaint was that the restaurant was filthy. Tables and chairs still has food and sauces spilled on them.

I order the same thing everytime the three tenders and this is the second time they've gave me the wrong order maybe staff doesnt know their menu or they arent able to hear correctly through the speaker but its always the same thing eveytime.

I am very upset with the service. We ordered a family dinner and we spent 1 hour in the parking lot waiting for my order and they did not deliver. I had to go inside and the employees still behaved despotically and rudely. Apart from that, they gave me very ugly food.
