It is very unpleasant to receive something like this, I don't know what kind of training the owner of this Dominos has or is giving, but of course the corp will know and I will show the photographs so that the inspector goes and sees what kind of work is being done in this store, the driver who was Luis returned 5 times and I was looking at the track and he had my food in his car, I called the store and they connected me with a girl and she didn't even know what she had to do, I understand that they have work but you have to know that customer service is essential. It was in bad taste to receive this type of food where they are not doing the right thing with the pan pizza... the pizza is raw... I called them, they answered me and told me to come to the store to return it and we will give you another one... HELLOOOOO FOR SOME REASON I ORDERED DELIVERY... how about coming to the store... what a nuisance buying in places where they don't train people like that because the owner wants to save money...

This store is not typical of Dominos, and that's not a compliment. I travel for a living and order from Dominos around the country at least 3 times a month. This Dominos (my local), is bad about not including decent quantities of toppings on their pies. It's to the point that I know that the pizza will be barely topped with cheese (even when I order extra cheese and the rest of the ingredients are ultra-sparingly at best. Tonight was the breaking point for me at the Horizon City, TX location. I'll no longer order from this (my home store) again. Instead, I'll give my business to any one of the pizza stores locally before even contemplating ordering from this Dominos.
In case anyone is thinking that I'm being superficial and or petty, I need to say that I'd managed many different stores in the San Juaquin valley of California in the mid eighties. So, I'd say I'm a pretty reliable guage of what is an acceptable amount of toppings on a Dominos pizza. Again, this review isn't applicable to any other hard working Dominos store who actually understands that when someone orders a pizza, that the customer deserves a fair amount of food for their money. Unfortunately, you'll not get that here in Horizon City.
Save yourself the anguish and order from Pizza Hut, Pot Belly's, Pappa Johns, ect.

This is why I usually choose local pizza places, however, tonight we decided to try a chain and were once again reminded why we no longer order from this location.

Poor customer service over the phone. The employee did not even know any specials or menu items. The order was made incorrect but then corrected once I called and informed the store. Please train the employees better, this is a well-known restaurant for pizza and they do not represent the brand well.

The store does not apply any rewards over the phone, even though the automated system explicitly says, "Just provide your phone number for piece of the pie rewards.". The employee told me over the phone to just follow the instructions on the receipt to get your points, which contradict what the system tells customers when you call.

It was not an overall good experience, and if I hadn't already paid for my order and had hungry kids waiting, I would have gone to another restaurant.

Expect to not get what you order, then forced to take something you dont want because if not, who knows if youll get your money back since it was through uber, so theres no accountability on their end. At least they called instead of doing the whole normal deliver and let them worry about it later. As for the pizzas , is it bring my toddler to work day? It's hard for me to imagine theses people ever eat what they send out. I'm sure when they make food for themselves it's top notch. It's too bad they don't feel everyone else deserves what they afford themselves. Typical El Paso....not worth the 50+ for 2 medium pizzas, a salad , and a cheesy bread.

What happened!? Went today after a long time and got home to be disappointed. Ordered extra sauce on the pizza and it seemed like I had ordered it with no sauce. Toppings so scarce and the few pieces that were there were on some of the slices and not on others. It used to be so good...
