I’ve visited this location three times around 8 PM to order chicken fajitas and a baked potato for my family, but each time, I’ve been informed after placing my order that these items are unavailable. The staff has mentioned it would take 50 minutes to grill the chicken, which seems as if they are saying this because they don’t want to prepare it so close to closing at 9 PM. This practice of taking orders before informing customers of availability is frustrating. It is always at this location.

This has to be the worst location I’ve been to. Every time I go they’re always out of something I had my heart set on. Today I arrived there around 6:50pm and ordered 2 of the chicken fajita platters both with double rice and 2 desserts. I paid over $50 including tip. I sat down and waited for my meal since I was taking it to go. After 15 minutes one of the workers came and told me they had ran out of rice, if I wanted something else. I was like no if I did i wouldn’t have ordered double rice on my meals. I asked for them to give me a refund. This is not the first time they’re out of one of their menu items. Usually every time I’ve gone it’s the same thing! They need to prep sufficiently for the entire business day. Also like mentioned in other reviews the portion sizes have gotten smaller but the prices have increased. It’s sad that this location is the closest to my house and I would have to go out of my way to go to another don carbon. Once I left I went to Taco Tote on Eastlake bought the fajitas and they had rice!

This chicken is over seasoned, I can only taste the Lime and Black Pepper. $23 for just the chicken? I can get better Chicken with sides in other places for the same price . Will not go back, had to wait 20 min in Line.
I pulled into the drive through at 7:28pm. There were four cars behind me and all received their food while I continued to wait for over 25 minutes. There was no advance warning that the wait time would be long, and all I ordered was a single three piece combo with two sides of beans. While the food is usually great, there was no excuse to wait nearly 30 minutes in the drive through when there was nobody ahead of me.

Used to be 5 star but it’s like the 5th time they put cheese on my potato even tho I tell them not too. The guy read the order back to me and said no cheese and they still put cheese on it. I don’t understand how that can even happen absolute incompetence.

Quality of the food has gone down. The quesadilla’s used to be nice greasy and toasted , now they are Taco Bell quality. Got home and half my order was missing.
