Terrible customer service. I waited about 5 min in front of the counter to even be acknowledged. Crew in the back had the music blasting where I could barely hear the cashier. The dining tables were dirty and the dining area smelled weird.The only thing good here is the food.I will try other restaurants unless I really want Don Carbon

The food is delicious, thought the doest outweigh the fact that the cook staff is unbelievably rude! When picking up an order he loudly said "chingado". He is at work he should not be upset that he needs to do his job.

I got there around 4:30 pm and they told me they ran out of chicken! They where giving 30 minute wait times. Thats unacceptable, management is not doing there job in supervising there

This place used to be my favorite place to eat. The chicken is dry and the pieces are tiny!! Aside from that, it smells like sewage ?. The sides are really good, but typically you go for good chicken. I'm disappointed and won't be back for a while. Try a different location.
