This location sucks overall the general manager yamilet is always yelling at her employees there’s no day she isn’t. They never have options for donuts not just that but when you ask her about the donuts she is rude about it always saying she cant do nothing about it. Keep in mind she is the general store manager something needs to be fixed. Obviously she is the problem I’ve noticed that the times I’ve gone there’s new people which makes sense due to her attitude and her way of being with her employees. I feel bad for them I suggest you guys drive a little more to the George dieter location they always offer great service and always have all their donut options.

Shittys service honestly my husband was trying to order my drink how I like it and the lady kept interrupting him without knowing what he was asking for! The fact that she didn’t even do it the way I asked it want made me the most angry additionally the drink isn’t even full ! Horrible service and the fact that when I told her she made it wrong she just told me no I didn’t I made it myself the food was even worse like if she hates her job and just threw everything together worst Dunkin’s by far !

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HOW THEY MAKE THE DRINKS! They have no structure at all they mess up drinks and don’t even apologize or try to make it better in any way! You wait 30 plus minutes for your drinks and they are still wrong! Management!? Does that even exist in that Dunkin ? I live right around the corner from this Dunkin but it’s not worth the wait or stress! Something needs to be done to fix this!

Great service but the coffee always taste different I get the same order everytimes it’s always different either wayyyyy to sweet or wayyy to strong not enough cream. I order two coffees today and they weren’t not how I ordered them was too in a rush to go back in and wait for a remake

This Dunkin’ Donuts used to be one of my go-to spots, but the manager, Yami, has completely ruined the experience. Every time I come in, Yami is either snapping at employees or acting annoyed with customers. It feels like they don’t even want to be there, and honestly it makes the whole store uncomfortable. I’ve seen them roll their eyes at people asking simple questions, and the energy they give off just kills the vibe. The staff looks stressed out and it’s no surprise why. I don’t know how someone with that attitude is in charge, but it’s definitely the reason I won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

At approximately 10:15 p.m., my family of approximately 10 entered the establishment to purchase coffee and donuts. Initially, the donut selection was limited, which I can comprehend given the late hour. However, the situation escalated when the hot coffee was unavailable, and even the cold coffees were prepared incorrectly on two separate occasions. Furthermore, the staff exhibited an attitude, suggesting a lack of motivation and willingness to provide service. There were three staff members present, and none of them demonstrated any initiative or exhibited customer service skills.
To make matters worse, two staff members informed us that we were required to leave. When my uncle pointed out that it was 10:43 p.m., and the establishment’s closing time was 11 p.m., he was repeatedly told by another team member that we need ro leave. This response was accompanied by a significantly more confrontational tone. Given that the establishment closes at 11 p.m., why were we asked to leave? It appears that they are attempting to conclude their shift early to commence their weekend. However, for us, this is our weekend, and the establishment is expected to provide a service that justifies the expenditure of our hard-earned money on their products. Unfortunately, it seems that the staff has failed to fulfill this obligation, as their job is primarily focused on customer service, yet they are unable to perform this function effectively.
This incident is merely one of many consecutive negative experiences that have prompted me to write this post. I am currently seated outside the establishment with my family.

Never coming back here again. Super stale old donuts. Got half a dozen of variety and all the donuts are are the same, hard stale bread. Super disappointed, what a waste a money. What is the supervisor doing about this. Look at all the other same reviews. 👎🏼

The quality of Donut here is terrible. Super dry, day’s old donuts. I’m not surprised though it’s Eastlake / Horizon. Everything in this area has terrible quality of food.
