Gave it a 3 stars because most of the employees are very nice especially when there is a supply issue. On the other hand, the manager yamilete needs to take a class on customer service.
I go thru the drive thru and thru always get my order wrong! I ask them at the order window and at the pay window. When I drive off and park and pull out my donuts, they're not what I ordered. The iced coffees aren't the right flavors. I then drive back and have to get them to redo the order, and they seem stupid. Really people, it's it that hard? It's only donuts.
Walked in during a busy Sunday morning, full drive through and full inside. Samantha greeted us with a smile which made me feel happy. She made out drinks fast and tasty! Thank you Samantha!
