Horrible, the bread was hard, the meat was all burnt and stiff, very bad service and I still had to wait a long time for them to deliver my order, there were no people, it was literally 2 am, they had no reason to deliver such poor quality food and time, I will not go back

Ordered regular fries, they gave us curly fries with a little bit of regular fries. Ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was so little it was more bread than chicken. We pay for the food, so why not get the order right. It's an ongoing problem at this location will not be back.

My kids went to this jack in the box location and ordered some milk shakes and these are the cherries the employees put on the shakes. When my daughter pulled out her cherry to eat it, she pulled out cherries that look like they were already bit. When they told the employees about the cherries they said (thats its because they ran out but that they had more in the back and they asked if they wanted some) Why the hell would you serve those if you had more in the back? And why would you ask a customer if they want what they paid for. Such terrible customer service.

We order on drive-thru because we were in a hurry. My husband order one of the 7 dllr triple meat combo, they soak the top and the bottom buns of the special sauce they were so soggy can't even eat it. I order a chilly cheese burger and had the tiniest amount of chilly. No napkins and no Ketchup. Wasn't able to take a picture because we were driving. Wat a disappointment.

This is location is disappointing, I told the clerk at the cash register my order, she repeated my order wrong so I corrected my order with her, she repeated my order correctly, when I got my oder, my order was to go , when I got home I saw I still had the wrong order. That is ridiculous, also that is management's fault, they don't train and check their employees work, shame on them.
Food was pushed aside multiple times not even under a heat lamp as drive thru was completed I had to ask for my food after 10 mins seeing it not being put out bad service by manager and staff 10 mins ago
