Little Caesars Pizza

Just picked up my mobile order and my whole pizza… well, it was still whole. Not cut. Don’t know whether to laugh or be annoyed given how hangry I am. Quality control is slacking it apparently. Be better horizon team!

I'm not sure if management is terrible or if they just get orders incorrectly all the time. This is the third time they give me the incorrect order, then they say I have to wait 10 minutes to get the correct order and somehow those 10 minutes turns into 20 minutes and the other pizza I ordered is already cold. Like what's happening 🤔🙁

I order one pizza in uber eats… it took one hour to get my pizza, the uber waited 30 min in the location waiting for my order, and when I received my pizza wasn’t even hot and the cuts like if they made them with eyes close, really bad service, is not the first time I have to wait a lot for a single pizza

It's Little caseras so indint 3xpect much from the food , it's quick and easy cheap food . However one worker .. talles one , a little white skinned , has the worst attitude I've ever encountered in any store , he came up to the front register did not greet just stood there staring at me , I ordered a hot k ready , she said the price and the wait time ... I paid. The whole time with a stink face , not sure what his problem is he also kept giving me the side eye from the back while I'm sitting waiting for my order, also it's not the first time he does this, it's very uncomfortable , also he doesn't wear a name tag. The time is 526 pm on Sunday 10/12/2025 just in case anyone wants to know who the guy is. Again worst customer experience I've ever had

This store is always always so slow and under prepared. Pizza doesn't even get cut right i had to remove and recut at home. Over priced for service

Little Caesars has been the mvp for me for a while. They got me through some tough times 💰 and now my kids love it. MVP for sure

The lady at window was just rude I was gonna give her my change she just ignore me and slap the window and just her attitude towards us the customers really bad customer service should work on that more.

About five to six times in a row that I come to this location and the pizza is always raw. Would recomend to just spend a little more money somewhere else and get a COOKED PIZZA. which is crazy because im paying for a cooked pizza not a half cooked and half raw pizza.

Horizon community, I love my pizza as much as you doo. Over time , this place has become just weird and sketchy, the environment, the workers, the management, do they even have management? I swear it's an insult to the public to serve us RAW pizza & slow service. Hot N Read. ., More like Slow and Raw. Honestly , the worst part, I heard them listening to loud music and a lot of unappreciated words that needed to never been heard by the public. Especially around kids. Please keep that at home and act ACCORDINGLY to Policy and Regulations!

Highway robbery, ordered a pizza online and they never gave it to me, just marked it as done just to be lazy
