Little Caesars Pizza

Left standing there while waiting for my pizza while workers BS in the back. Waited for about 4 and half minutes before I received, my 5 undercooked pizzas. The place was clean, but service leaves a lot to be desired and so does the food. We did end up putting all pizzas in the oven to cook them the rest of the way. Pizza was quite doughy and obviously not checked."

Well, for starters, the entry door doesn't completely open, so when you try to go in, you'll be stopped midway by THE DOOR!

Then, you hope to get your pizza in a timely manner, but that rarely happens. I ordered at 4:36pm with the FIRST notification that my pizza was ready at 4:57 pm. Yay, right? WRONG! I ended up getting my CHEESE pizza at 5:23 pm!!

Dough is halfway cooked. You could take the uncooked dough chunks away from the actual pizza.

Really love the hot and ready. Pizzas pretty fast service if you need a hot pizza, I do recommend it.

Couldn't leave a review on door dash since I don't use it so I'm leaving one here. The dasher Michael lives up the street from me. Small world but he made a timely delivery aside from all the road work going on. Thanks bro 👍

Every time I go it’s either hit or miss….. what’s the point of advertising hot and ready if nothing is hot and ready…….you still have to wait 15-20 minutes even if you order ahead of time….. and the prices seem to go up every week… for that price just go down the street to papa John’s or a little bit further to Pizza Hut….

I like to come here because it is close to my house, and because of my children who like it a lot but I dislike that whenever they sell me the basic pizza for 8.99 they always give it to me super hard, cold the bread practically looks like stone... and I have been I go to other branches like George Dieter's and they give it to me freshly made... it's not possible that I have to go there to get better service and better quality... because at the Horizon branch the ladies are all about chatting with their colleagues and it's wrong not to do well your work even bad... only once did we see a manager or I don't know what it was, we told him that if he didn't give it well it wouldn't last if he served us well and gave us excellent pizza but it was the only time...

This location is trash! I been to other lil Caesar’s pizzas and I never have a problem! This location specifically always has Burt pizzas and crazy bread! I live down the street so I got in the habit to ask if it’s burned and they always say no, and it’s Always burnt! Trash I tell you trashhh smh

They sold my mother cold moldy pizza. The employee Adriana claimed that the mold was residue from the oven staining the dough and refused to give her the full refund. My mom was tired and did not have the energy to argue. It's not about the money! It's the fact that there is no remorse about selling pizza with mold which can potentially make customers ill. Terrible ethics from management and definitely a code violation.

Took over an hr to get 5 hot and ready today. Called and they said their ovens broke and burned all the pizzas, but never did they advise all the people waiting for their pizza. This is ridiculous.
