Thier teas are amazing and good clean atmosphere. My ONLY complaint that’s keeping me from giving 5 stars it’s they take forever to make the milk teas. Other than that it’s good.

First and last time I go to this place, I arrived at the drive in, they took the order and after a while they told me to move as there were cars behind me; I moved and they dispatched all the cars that were there and kept arriving, then they saw and they gave me the snacks without a bag, nor how to grab them and I also needed one more plate. They went into the store and were late again, then they came out with what I ordered and gave me my order, I asked them why the delay and they told me that they make the mini pancakes immediately, and it took them 15 minutes or more to make the mini pancakes but they did it. It took them 30 minutes or more to give me the order. By the time I got home, the nachos were all soaked, the toast was watery than it had taken them to give me the order, my snow melted from the banana split that I had ordered and only the Mini pancakes were good. ???

I do not recommend this place at all!!The food is tasteless and gross. No effort put into it! They have teens running this place who are still too immature and unskilled, with a lack of communication and customer service skills, and have no awareness of sanitation. It took them 25 minutes to prepare my order, 2 items!! Three kids just standing looking at their phones.
I was craving an authentic elote en vaso, so when I ordered, I asked for no mayo, sour cream, or valentina. What I received was nothing but corn and cheese. No butter, chili powder, or lemon. It was not worth it, and in my opinion, it needs some water from the corn. I don't know if what I asked to be left out makes up for that, but I was disappointed.
