Worst day ever! This is my go to Macdonalds , but today was horrible. The service was terrible and workers seem to not even care. I also did not see any manager like usual. Food was all messed up and they did not give me my apple pie for my grandma which is so frustrating because they made me wait for 15 min for only a $5 dollar Meal and a Apple pie.

I placed an order at 10:18am and when I arrived exactly at 10:30 to pick up my breakfast sandwich they told me they can’t make it anymore because I guess the moment it turns 10:30 your McMuffins disappear apparently. My order should have been prepared when it was placed BEFORE you stopped serving breakfast. You have lazy workers.

I got robbed by their own people was $12.20 I showed up showing a bank statement and my order plus the 12.20 where pending in my bank. she wanted to see if it posted I told her how did I take my burger and she didn’t care and gave attitude I’m headed down today just wasting gas and time get the manger out of there can’t solve problems or understand English I would consider a full apology with a big refund for acting stupid . I can’t add a picture it’s weird but I have all the Evidence.

Service is HORRIBLE!! staff is always messing around in the back! they take FOREVER to finish one simple order. They had me waiting for about 30 minutes just for a plain McChicken. I also got a table number to have my food delivered to my table cause my children were in the playground and they left it in the front to sit there cold! The restroom are also VERY DIRTY! there has not been one time where i come and the restrooms are clean. They only hire uneducated people here with no good customer service!

If I could leave Zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience in my life. I ordered on the mobile app paying $60 dollars. After arriving I wasn't able to put a curbside parking number. I then approached drive through and explained to them what happened and they said they didn't have any orders and they can not give me anything. I provided my email and receipt confirming my purchase also showing the app purchase. They still denied my order saying they don't have anything on their computers and I need to leave. I refused to leave the drive through because I paid money for something and I am not leaving until I receive it. The Manager, Kathy Alamos refused to assist me and called the cops. I still didn't leave and waited for the police to arrive. After explaining myself again and providing evidence of my order and charges, the Manager still refused to help me and give me my orde even though the police agreed with me. She said I have to pay again if I want food because it is still pending. I am not paying double for something that is not my fault. What if that was the only money I had. Everything I purchased at any store will be pending the money is no longer available. If it was the only money I had , my family would not have eaten. Everyone has different situations. The Manager Kathy Alamos was now making this to a personal level, retaliating towards me because I didn't leave and not let myself. I explained to the officer that I will be charged and McDonald's will be stealing from me, so I'm will not leaving until I get my order to feed my kids. The officers stated if I don't leave the Manager Kathy Avalon will be charging us with trespassing and disorderly conduct. I was simply trying to receive food I had paid for to feed my family. I was not getting robbed but McDonald's WON, a billion dollar company stealing $60 from a family man. I had to leave losing $60. All this could of been avoided by just giving me my order, which I had already paid for. I now HATE McDonald's and their stupid app which has a major glitch. Customers should always come first especially if we are in the right. I hope this review helps and shows all the hard working people how this place is run. Nothing but crooks and thieves! Kathy Alamos should be fired. You WILL be hearing from me again!!

Only thing I didn't like was being told a price when ordered at the board and then the price at the window didn't match. After rounding up and giving cents to have an even balance in my debit card. Girl at the drive up, got confused and charged me an off amount. No math skills. It was 2 cent off. Service is good and fast. Food was jot and good.

Took forever to get my food as a pickup. But it was good eating. Update. Still took forever to get my food this morning, and I was very disappointed in what I got. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos, and there was more tortilla than ingredients. So, I am lowering their stars. Luckily, there is a new McDonald's ready to open up just around the corner. So I shall not be going back to this McDonald's.
