It takes forever for an order to be prepared and the sad part is when there are no customers.

The worst service EVER!

Ordered two large chicken sandwich combos, a chocolate chip biscuit and apple pie. They said they will be a wait of 7 minutes for the sandwiches to be ready. And I said it will be fine. 28 minutes later I asked where my food was? The had forgotten about my order. A few minutes later I got my sandwiches but there was a wait on the chocolate chip biscuit. They had forgotten my biscuit again!

Worst Popeyes i have ever been! Slow, workers don't even know what they doing, u always have to wait even if you place your order online and ahead of time! DONT STOP AT THIS

I went through the drive through and ordered a 3 piece tender spicy. Once I arrived home I
sat down to eat opened the box and noticed they gave me 3 tenders that was about 2 inches long it looked like a kids meal. Not worth the $ 10.00 I was charged. 2-6-25

We dropped in today at 4.
I ordered 12 PC tenders and my friend ordered 4 PC tenders .
They didn't give us our 2 sides or the biscuits.
They gave us a 2 3 piece bone-in wings in this red oil and not what we ordered.
We went back and the woman had us wait inside for another 20 minutes after we drove back for them to fix the order. After 30 minutes waiting inside - she gave us another order of shrimp and 4 burned pieces of dried out thighs.

I didn't expect to spend so much money and have my order completely messed up twice in a row.

And I seriously didn't expect to get the cookie cutter response offering no recourse as everyone else.
For that - I've modified my review to adequately reflect the feelings of the owner towards these reviews. He clearly doesn't care - so i look forward to reviewing the next place around here when this one goes under

Worst Popeyes in the city. Out of the last 3 times I’ve came to this location, the chicken sandwich has been extremely undercooked. Every single time.

Poor customer service, very slow , they didn't have any chicken rwdy or tenders ready. You place your order and they don't bother to tell you there is going to be a wait. I asked what the hold up was and that's when they tell you it's cooking. They have no sense of urgency, this is all about poor management. Lunch time is not the time not to have any food ready. 15 minutes currently and still waiting. If I ask for a refund it takes 3 days. Another example of Poor El Paso service and I'm from here. Not acceptable and my oreder will probably be qrong.

The MANAGER took my order on DT , asked me to parked in the front only to see the 3 cars behind me leave and have someone ask me what was my order when it was a simple #3… what surprised me is that it wasn’t that busy at all just bad organization. I asked for a refund hopefully i don't have to go back because that cant be done right either.

They never have Mac and cheese. Doesn’t matter what time of day or night they never have it. Food takes forever to get!!

Went to go get food inside, and then I went to go get something in the car, when I tried to get back inside I got locked out and was forced to go through the drive through, and when I tried to go back inside I was met with the girl locking the door In front of me.

Flavorless chicken Mac n cheese portion looked so small and disgusting ? still had to wait 15 min for chicken that was already ready cause you didn't have spicy chicken ready for your lunch rush. Worst popeyes in El Paso. I would not recommend this location. Red beans and rice was the only good thing about this place.
