This place is horrible! This not the first time this happens to me but will be last! I went thru drive thru and i asked the young lady for ranch and buffalo and she said it was in the bag so i trusted her and sure enough it was not! Then the chicken was not cooked all the way and was still raw! The Mac and Cheese looked like it was from the day before! This was a horrible experience like other times! So DO NOT COME EAT HERE!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else a restaurant they value their customers!

I went today, Thursday march 7 and I got a simple classic sandwich meal and my sandwich was okay but I didn’t like that they threw the fries inside the bag without putting them in a little container or anything. I hadn’t had Popeyes in the longest time bc all my experiences there have been bad and I decided to go today just to get a bad experience again??♀️

When I picked it up at the drive thru was told to pull forward and park that it would be out shortly all they were waiting on was for the Mac n cheese to be ready. After a 30 min wait in the parking lot I went inside to check if it was ready. My order was given to someone else and I know that because the guy that received my order circled around and out of frustration threw it at their doorstep saw it on the ground. When I received my order was missing 3 strips and the Mac N Cheese. Ugh at this point let the robots take over the food industry.

Ordered four orders of wings and they made us wait 8 minutes just to get the order completely wrong. Some wings had just drizzle of the sauce on them instead of being fully coated as advertised. Some wings were completely missing sauce. Some wings were undercooked and bloody. They ran out of ranch too.54$ for absolutely terrible food. Never again.

Like any other weekend, I went to buy dinner for my family here because my family loves the chicken tenders from Popeyes. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I went with them. As normal i went through the drive thru and order my food and took it home. As soon as I was preparing to serve dinner to my family I notice in the basket of fries had an open container of sauce inside my fries. My first thought was they probably put a sauce there and with the heat it open the container. Then I realized there was no sauce nowhere the fries. It was already open when they put it there. I don’t know why they did me dirty like that because that is just nasty. I don’t know anyone personally that works there so I don’t know why they would humiliate someone like that because it’s so obvious for someone to notice the open container of the sauce in there. Netherless to say, that is just also poor hygiene. I went back right away and got my money back and returned the order same way they gave it to me.
(This happened Nov. 10, 2023 at 9:20 p.m.) I’m not the type to leave a bad review after a poor experience of eating out because mistakes happen and I’ve worked fast food long enough to have sympathy. But THIS was BAD. We ordered 2 Bacon and Cheese Truff Sandwich Meals, 2 Spicy Truff Mayo containers ($1 per) and 2 Strawberry biscuits. Went to pick it up through drive through and waited about 10 minutes before an employee came out and handed us 2 bags. Found out we didn’t get our biscuits so we went back inside to ask for them. Then the employees were arguing that they had told us that they were still working on it even though they only gave us the bags and said “Enjoy”. After we got the biscuits we went to eat our cold and stale fries and realized there was no Truff mayo so we went back in again to get it but instead of giving us the individual 2 ounce containers they gave us a biscuit container full of truff mayo. I mean, basically 3 free ounces of waisted Truff mayo on their part but whatever. Then we opened the sandwiches. We paid for the Bacon and Cheese Spicy Truff Sandwiches and only got chicken, pickles and bread AND the chicken was just mostly breading. At this point my girlfriend and I were already fed up about going in and out several times that we just gave up and agreed to never come here again.

Only person in line, was told it'd be 7 minutes to make the chicken sandwich, ok, fine. I can wait 7 minutes. Tried the lemonade they gave us, it tasted like they mixed a gallon of water with a single lemon slice. Went inside to replace it. Waited 15 minutes for my food, went inside, told me they were still finishing it up. Nobody ordering inside. Waited another 3-5 minutes for our food. Then I looked back into the kitchen to the kid spreading the condiments on the buns, he was not wearing gloves. Very unsanitary, who knows if he had even washed his hands after he used the bathroom last. I finally got my food and took it out to the truck and opened it to make sure everything was inside and the middle of our sandwich was still cold, like they put the chicken in a bad microwave and didn't warm the middle, the outer was room temperature, at best. So, I took my food in for a refund. Waited another 3-5 minutes for someone to help me, told the lady the food was cold and I don't want it anymore, and asked her if they needed the card I used to pay with and she asked me, "oh, you want a refund?" Like, really? I answered, "yes, I'm giving you the cold food back, of course I want a refund." Waited another 3-5 minutes for her to try and figure out how to give me a refund.Basically, I will never be returning to this popeyes or possibly any popeyes in the future, I felt nauseous after that experience.
