Not one to write reviews but every time I stop by Smoothie King on Eastlake, this sweet young lady named Kylie is there and she always greets me with a smile. She makes great conversation and is super pleasant. Great smoothies too! This is my go to spot!

Smoothies are great, but tell me why EVERY time I come here the employees have the worst attitude and act like they are doing you a favor.

My stomach always gets upset with their smoothies I’ve tried all kinds and I go with vegan options to help but still. I’m not sure if they follow instructions or even care if I place an order and label it with a milk allergy and it might not even be that, I don’t know what they really put in these smoothies it would be great if they listed them accurately like even water and how much of it or if the vegetable is from a can whatever..cmon

I personally liked it better then tropical

My daughter and I stopped by today after the gym and placed an order with the manager (Leslie). We sat a waited for our order to be prepared and after a while we realized that it was taking pretty long for them to make our smoothie bowls (one other girl worker there besides the manager) and there were no other customers at the time we were there so couldn’t understand why they were taking so long. Then after a while the manager heads to the bathroom while the other girl is cleaning the counter so my daughter goes up to the counter and asks the girl, is our order ready yet. Then she answers, oh what did you order? My daughter asks for a refund and just forget the order she tells her. So then the girl waits for the manager Leslie to come from the manager to give the regular since she is the one that took it. The manager then says, whats the issue here and what did you order??? Lol what a joke this visit was. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. Very very disappointed.
