Idk if it’s because I left a dollar tip on the card, I ordered 3 items and the first 2 items came out really fast and they completely ignored the 3rd item, Was waiting for a while and the place was not busy at all.
When I spoke up that’s when they started working on my last item Heading back to work my boss almost sent me home cause of how long I took.
Blonde girl who took my order also didn’t ask for my name when completing the order.

Uber and DoorDash be careful at horizon location, they will mark you late if they don’t have the order ready as to make it seem it was your fault not theirs, I was literally next door at gas station and got a violation for being 10 minutes late when it wasn’t true, be careful about the tall guy dark shirt and beard because he has done it to me before. So disappointing Iam a local too, and just trying to make a living.

My visit to Starbucks on Horizon was disappointing as always. I had gone a bit earlier by drive through wasn’t rude to them but this staff lacks experience and professionalism as if they had just gotten out of high school like children looking at each other when I returned as failing to great and ask how they can help. I proceeded to the counter where they looked at each other as to see who was going to “deal” with me they botched my drink order by taking my “cold”drink that was a warm drink and poured cold foam in it and said “here you go”, Starbucks isn’t cheap so I returned it will not being going back to any Starbucks since there’s always attitude and entitlement to always wanting tips and switching their attitude when declining the option to do so they’re childish managers as well need to stop being promoted because he was there and didn’t bother to attend either that promotions should be given to employees that are better manners and suiting for the position and not act dumb about it I’ll be taking my business to Dutch Bros. Never had an issue and they can talk and do their jobs and not act like snob and stupid that’s embarrassing even for me to be acting like that grow up
My daughter can't say anything negative about Starbucks, as she loves their drinks, flavors, I love the speed in which they are prepped in the mornings. Staff is always friendly.
