My daughter can't say anything negative about Starbucks, as she loves their drinks, flavors, I love the speed in which they are prepped in the mornings. Staff is always friendly.

The whole reason I am writing this review is because Susan always makes it a point to go above ad beyond with whatever I am requesting or need help with. She helped me with my Secret Santa present for a coworker and getting multiple gift cards as other gifts. I GREATLY appreciate her wonderful attitude and willingness to help. It is very hard to come by these days, and it is extra special when coming across such a helpful person like Susan. She wrapped everything and made the holidays extra special. Thank you Susan!!!
