The whole reason I am writing this review is because Susan always makes it a point to go above ad beyond with whatever I am requesting or need help with. She helped me with my Secret Santa present for a coworker and getting multiple gift cards as other gifts. I GREATLY appreciate her wonderful attitude and willingness to help. It is very hard to come by these days, and it is extra special when coming across such a helpful person like Susan. She wrapped everything and made the holidays extra special. Thank you Susan!!!

afternoon baristas are extremely rude. i’ve come here multiple times and they’ve added 2% instead of oatmilk to my drink over 3 times already. it’s ridiculous how someone can’t follow 2 drink modifications.

i went saturday around 2pm order o coffee on drive thru and got hairs inside the cup i went inside trying to speak with the manager an they say it wasnt

The good thing of this Starbucks is that is close to my home, and well Horizon also needed a Starbucks too ? but anyway, this Starbucks has cozy vibes, and the outdoor seating looks nice too. The staff who take my order are nice and caring. They always get my drink correctly and quick too. I don’t think I had ever needed to wait for a long time ? I may say that my previous drink that I usually order, which is the passion tea with lemonade, it didn’t actually had lemonade in it. I thought maybe they had forgotten to add it, I probably didn’t mentioned to add lemonade, or they ran out. But it wasn’t a problem with me, since with or without lemonade, it still tastes good for me! I was actually also happy to say that I was able to get my mom Starbucks too and she liked it too! I got her one time the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher, and the Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Refresher. Let me tell you, she liked both of them! Since this starbucks is close to home, when I’m not at home and I’m at UTEP, I also go there and get my to go drink. No complaints for both locations, and both have great staff.

No matter what drink I order, it’s never correct. I wish they would also have the names on the drinks facing towards the customers. You have several other customers touching your cup trying to see if it is theirs.
