Hey guys this subway is super unprepared, I choose to go to subway because I'm veggitarian and they don't have the veggie option because she was too lazy to go to the back and get it out of the freezer. So it's fine I choose to get my sandwich with just veggies and they ran out of black olives and cucumbers.... Such a disappointment, I also waited for the person to make my sandwich for 20 minutes. I ordered 3 ft longs with only veggies and they took 20 minutes. At the end of the day he told me he was$0 .30 cents short and I took my change and left.

Staff is very friendly but the food station is not clean or prepared, they do mix there utensils with a lot of the food. I really liked the stuff but they either need more training or need extra help especially during lunch hrs. I would give zero starts if they weren't so nice and helpful.

Yesterday I had the absolute WORST experience at Subway, and was not even able to get food in the end. I went to this subway around midday. There is a drive-thru available so I chose that route, it was hot I don't want to be getting in and out my car. There was a car in front of mine that had been there for what seemed a while already because they were in park. I sat behind that car waiting for them, assuming that they had ordered, for THIRTY MINUTES!! I was like, ???, so I squeezed myself past the car in front of me and realize they were young and obviously weren't going to say anything. So I went to the front thinking I'll just do this inside. When I got down in the front, as I tried to open the door, it was locked, followed my a song that says lobby closed, please use the drive-thru. I started laughing, immediately feeling my annoyance rise because as I read this sign, I see through the glass door, a bent over subway worker laughing at his phone. Not paying attention to absolutely anything. I go to open the door again and see that it startles him and he ran to the back. I chuckled it off and just walked back to my car. I was getting annoyed but I was craving subway and super hungry so I figured I'll just try it again and I went back to the drive thru. As I drove around, I finally heard him taking the car in front of me's order. It took 35 minutes and me to scare him to get him to do his job. So the car moves and I pull up to take my order. The kid literally starts the order with, "Hello, I'm sorry but at the moment we are only accepting cash right now is that fine?" I instantly said no. He had me wait outside for 35+ minutes go out of my way to make sure that HE was doing his job, and when I get to the window, can't even take a normal card payment. So, at this point I am livid. It's hot, I'm hungry, and he's now wasted a good amount of my time. So I asked for correct contact information TO THE STORE because the website number is incorrect and the number on the door has a full voicemail inbox because they never answer. This kid literally tells me that they are not allowed to give that information out. I repeat myself, "so you can't give out information to contact this store at all?" The kid says yes!???? So I ask him for his managers information. He tells me that they can not give that information out. I ask to speak with someone else in the store. He says he's the only one on shift. I asked again for contact information for anyone else that works in that store. He explained to me that they are short staffed and he is the only person at that store. So I asked him if that was the case, then is he the manager, he said no he was not. So again I asked for who he reports to, he tells me that he can not provide me with anything. I asked him who the owner of the store was, HE LITERALLY SAID THEY DONT HAVE ONE. So I asked him if he even has a supervisor and he said yes, but he's the only person in the store at all times. I can not make this up guys. So I ask him if he's the owner and that if I look up the restaurant, it's going to be him? He said no and started laughing. He did not give me any contact information to further my complaints about him so I guess I just have to bash the entire restaurant as a whole. This was the most unprofessional and inconsiderate thing TO EVER DO TO A CUSTOMER. I don't even know your stupid employees name but apparently he was the only one working around 2:15 PM on 5/16/2022. Why do you now have a supervisor on site? How come none of your contact numbers work. What would cause your machine to break midday? What is your policy on how long you should have customers wait in a drive thru? There's cameras, you can check. Your subway is new, but already deserves to be taken down. Learn how to treat customers. Furthermore, actually be there to do your job RIGHT. Worst experience of my life and wasn't even able to get food. A big ol' waste of time and your subway worker did not care one bit

The service at this Subway is horrendous. Employee Karla (or Carla) will surely be there to give you her attitude and sarcasm. She claims she's "always" there and therefore remembers everyone and SHE decides who can use Subway promotions and coupons. After receiving our sandwiches via drive thru and getting home, Karla gave us the wrong sandwich which we did not realize until it was bitten into and turns out had tomatoes which my husband has an allergy to. I attempted to contact the restaurant manager, Claudia, but apparently she is rarely ever there. Bottom line is, bad service, incorrect order and this place is run by employees that don't care about customers service or whether or not you have an allergic reaction to the food they give you in the incorrect order.

Clean and very friendly especially christine. Everytime I go I look forward to seeing if she's there. She has a great personality. She makes my sandwiches really good.

I go to this subway quite often and one of the workers named Alex is very rude to me and my family. In the most recent visit, he ignored my mother and had another employee come assist us. In another occasion, when we walked in, he ran to the back as soon as he saw us and we overheard him scream to another employee and told her to help us instead. I've never met him in my life so I don't understand the reason for his treatment towards us.

Very nice and modern decor, modern type soda machine. Our sandwiches were great and not messy like at other locations. Only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because their lettuce did not look fresh, it looked like it had freezer burn. Other than that its was great and I'm glad Horizon gets more options in food.

Very classy modern subway. Be careful with one of the employees (red hair, glasses, choker) very bad attitude towards all customers and makes a mess with your food. But the other little girl (Frida) very nice and patient.
