Employees never give a dam about the drive through. I have been here for 10 minutes and they still give attitude. No wonder its always slow here.

HORRIBLE LOCATION ! If you want to wait 1 hr after you order online go ahead , I order at 3:18 to have my food ready at 4:10 , well when I got there it still wasn’t ready ! Waited 20 mins for them to make it , had to leave to pick up my son at 4:30 from school, came back at 4:45 and still wasn’t ready !!!!! It’s ridiculous! I order ahead and still

Terrible service at this Subway. I waited over 7 minutes in the drive-thru while they clearly saw me outside. Then one of the workers a girl and a Hispanic guy working the night shift around 9 PM told me to go back through the drive-thru again, making me wait another 4 minutes. I had to call the store just to let them know I was outside, and when they finally gave me my order, the food was cold. This is completely unacceptable. If they knew I was waiting, why make me go around again and then give me cold food? Terrible customer service.

I usually have a good experience at this location. My coworker and I have been coming once a week for lunch, but I was a little disappointed with my order today. :( I ordered the Fresh Fit Steak and Avocado, but unfortunately I guess since I ordered through the drive-thru and wasn't physically there to see them make my sandwich like usual, my sub was basically all veggies, which I love, but that's my go to order for the protein. It also usually leaves me feeling satiated, but with the small amount of steak and avocado I received today, the flavor was lacking, and I am still hungry. :(

Update: I've still been coming weekly with no issues in person, but ordered online today as I was on a time-crunch, and again received barely any steak in my sandwich. :/ So little I could only taste a hint of the steak, and am still hungry, which is usually not the case when I finish. I added a photo this time.

I love subway but I have been to this location 3 times know and I've had diarrhea after eating the sandwich. Also I've noticed it's not that clean where they have the ingredients. They should someone to clean up very good!

As I was pulling up one of the employees started walking towards the door and locked it then he continued to turn off off lobby lights. Then as I was walking to the door he told me to go thru the drive thru. That the lobby was closed due to being understaffed even tho they had no one inside or them doing anything. Still 2 hours before closing. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here.

Food was disgusting I ordered a steak chesse, I got it served cold and the bread was soggy they didn't even have half the ingredients they need to step it up for it to be the only subway in horizon!! Worst experience

Haven’t been to Subway in quite awhile and Seriously no one was ahead of me walked in first impression was like if I walked into someone who did not feel like assisting me! Never once gave eye contact had to repeat what I wanted asked for jalapeños stated we don’t have any but could have asked what else would you like?!?! No customer service whatsoever! So sad if you don’t like your job man just move on!

What an eerie experience lol. All the reviews are correct, drive through either doesn't work or is ignored. Menu is tearing up and missing any useful information. Toaster sucks, they need a new one. Really wishing i didn't get banana peppers because there were hard basically plastic bits. I thought my food had bones for a second but nope, just old veggies. It was disturbing. How old does it have to be to get like that? Employees were just silent, weird, and unresponsive and the atmosphere was just generally off.

I stopped here with my family, and I thought all the subways are the same.
This place was terrible. I will keep this place in mind.
The food was bad. The service was bad. Everything that we got here was not good.
