I love subway but I have been to this location 3 times know and I've had diarrhea after eating the sandwich. Also I've noticed it's not that clean where they have the ingredients. They should someone to clean up very good!

As I was pulling up one of the employees started walking towards the door and locked it then he continued to turn off off lobby lights. Then as I was walking to the door he told me to go thru the drive thru. That the lobby was closed due to being understaffed even tho they had no one inside or them doing anything. Still 2 hours before closing. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here.

Food was disgusting I ordered a steak chesse, I got it served cold and the bread was soggy they didn't even have half the ingredients they need to step it up for it to be the only subway in horizon!! Worst experience

Haven’t been to Subway in quite awhile and Seriously no one was ahead of me walked in first impression was like if I walked into someone who did not feel like assisting me! Never once gave eye contact had to repeat what I wanted asked for jalapeños stated we don’t have any but could have asked what else would you like?!?! No customer service whatsoever! So sad if you don’t like your job man just move on!

What an eerie experience lol. All the reviews are correct, drive through either doesn't work or is ignored. Menu is tearing up and missing any useful information. Toaster sucks, they need a new one. Really wishing i didn't get banana peppers because there were hard basically plastic bits. I thought my food had bones for a second but nope, just old veggies. It was disturbing. How old does it have to be to get like that? Employees were just silent, weird, and unresponsive and the atmosphere was just generally off.

I stopped here with my family, and I thought all the subways are the same.
This place was terrible. I will keep this place in mind.
The food was bad. The service was bad. Everything that we got here was not good.

I stop in at this Subway on Darrington when Im desperate and know what Im in for. The initial impression is “wow! This place is clean except for the door frame where you can literally see the virus having a shindig!” Well, its clean because they NEVER have fountain drinks, they never haver cookies, and you arent allowed to see the main ingredient (the sneeze guard is covered up) that youre asking for. Basically all they seem to have is chicken and tuna on white or wheat. When I remarked that these items were never available (sis lives down the street so sometimes this is just the most convenient), the female was very cordial. She said they never knew when they would have these items available cause they werent told (by whom? Corporate?) when they would arrive. I asked about the cookies and matter of fact, the drive through had never been open when I came by. The young lady said they never knew. The cookie batter truck had just arrived and they didnt have enough staff for the drive through. I asked if they had the seafood delight and the young lady said “all we have is tuna.”
So I contacted Corporate to complain. Ill be giving status updates.

09/23/24 very disappointed!!
Horrible!!!!! place shouldn't be closed at this time is 10:49 am and it says, it opens at 9 am... Been waiting for long outside to get service and food!!.
Tried calling the store and no one picked up. Lights where on. Open sign off. Both doors locked !!!!
This places is doing way worst than ever!!!!!
Very disappointed with subway premises.

Please change or you guys will just keep on loosing customers!!!!

Never coming back this is our second try to give this store a chance but can't believe is just getting to tht point of no service!!

Parking: Unacceptable to be closed while stating you guys open at 9!!!!

Arrived with only one customer ahead of me so naturally this shouldn't take too long......bad assumption. The establishment looked to be in the process of going out of business as it has a run down appearance. Mostly due to the overhead menus out of order. The employee informed the customer ahead of me the menus have been inoperable for a year.....really? Subway need a home improvement loan maybe? The point though, as i stood waitin 5 to 20 minutes just to submit my order the staff kept processing take out orders first. And it kept on happening with no heads up from the staff. On top of that there was only 2 staff working. They were clearly overwhelmed and lacking the efficiency to be on their own. Where are u supervisor? You failed .....not them. So another 10 minute i took my business to a competitor.

Ordered the cold cut trio, sad to say I couldn't taste the salami, veggies were old and not fresh. The service was slow, they only had two guys working, and both were with customers when I arrived, after one had finished with the customer though, they proceeded to ignore me and go to the back of the restaurant, not only once but on multiple occasions to the point where the second worker who was handling a big order finally assisted me and even apologized on behalf of his co-worker. The first worker didn't even get back to work till he noticed someone he knew walk in and started assisting them. The atmosphere was dirty I saw ants on the floor munching on some food and sticky dirty tables

Where to begin. Drive thru is always ignored.
My most recent visit will be my last. To start off a really young girl employee wouldn’t stop gossiping with the other lady employee and talking about private inappropriate stuff in front of the 10 people lined up. It took me about 20 minutes to get a foot long. Also, during that wait the older lady employee was preparing an online order whilst pinching or grabbing the other girls butt while she made my sandwich. That was the last time I ever visit this location. Be careful ordering online here because you never know what cleanliness standards this crew upholds, if any at all.

I didn't know the Lobby closed before the store closed, would be nice if you could post that on your Doors and Google maps plz and thank you, doors we're locked at 8 girl who looked to be manager told us to use drive through so we did, waited 20 min, finally got are 2 sandwiches then I had a hunch to check the bag because I asked them to put my vinaigrette on the side and I was right too because it was missing, I went to the front thinking that since it was their mistake they would hand it to me but they directed us to go through the drive-thru again. There was two cars in front of us so we were waiting for another 30min in line, it took me saying very loudly in front of the speaker "it was their mess up, so why don't they bring it out to us?" And "how I was going to write a bad review" for someone finally to come out and hand us 2 little dressing cups, my honest review. Do better! If it's your mess up, fix it and Don't have the customer go back in the drive through waiting forever while their sandwiches are getting soggy and cold , when in seconds you could have just handed it to me or not forgotten it period.
