The menu screens were broken when we went here about three weeks ago and they were still broken when we went in today. My wife asked the kid at the counter if there was a way to view the menu on her phone without starting an order and he said "I dunno" and pointed to the list of ingredients and calories as if that was a menu.Since the menu is broken, we had to describe the sandwiches we wanted. I wanted the one with meatballs, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Unfortunately I would have had to wait ten minutes for the meatballs to be ready.I decided to make my own sandwich at home. So should you.

If there was a 0 rating that’s what I would give this Subway. Horrible service…drive thru doesn’t work. They put up their own signs on the door to close early so even though website says open until 10pm don’t show up after 9 because they will not serve you. All these people getting paid for turning away customers.

Whoever is in charge of this subway needs to resign or be replaced. Every single time I come here the people working look terrible, the place looks filthy and the food looks horrendous. I don’t like leaving reviews but I’ve had it it with this particular shop. I love wating subway and this place makes me not want to eat subway ever again.

Tried to go yesterday and they closed 30 mins early when online clearly stated they closed at 10. Went in today and had to wait 20 minutes to order and when i finally got a chance they were out of footlong cookies, the only thing i went for. And worse right after my order another man walked out because they were taking forever to help him. horrible service

How is this place still open? Seriously people, stop supporting this trash of a restaurant so they can replace the failure of a manager and start actually stocking up on product. They once told me they were doing away with the soups too and that all locations were doing this. I later learned it was only this one. The subway inside speedway is 10000 times better.

I have come to this subway 2 times and both times the women who have served me are rude and do not know how to serve customers. It has a coupon and they don't want to grab it either so they give out coupons. A short dark-skinned woman and a half-old lady... because of their treatment I won't go again. They lost a good client.

This subway is by far the worst subway EVER!!! Always out of everything, workers very rude!! ONLY can mobile order. Coupons u can only pay cash. This is ridiculous. I live around the corner, and I would rather drive to another location than deal with that store. Where's the management at...

This location has been around my neighborhood for 2 years. Drive through is never open and there’s no sign indicating it’s not. They really need to have a sign if it’s not open. You go inside and they don’t have ingredients. The subs they make only have 1 scoop of tuna when there’s supposed to be 2. Went there one day for lunch (not a holiday) and they were closed. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to.
