It was Sunday and I bought 3 orders of Menu to go. What was my surprise when I frequently took out the glasses. The almost empty containers of chili and oregano, a single container of onion. But the worst thing was they didn't add lemon. I spoke and they told me that they didn't have Lemons and that they put very little Chile and oregano because a lot is wasted. For me it's not worth going back to that place.

Mediocre food. Speakers inside are blown and an annoyance at best. The food here used to be great but overtime the establishment has given up.

Pros: The lunch deals are a good price.Cons: we had problems with the food. Upon notifying the staff they seemed upset and made questioning faces. The staff did not believe anything was wrong with the food, they refused to try it to verify. They replaced the food but the entire time they seem upset about the ordeal. The place is very dark and not well led. The place felt very bleak.

These past two time I've ordered over the phone my order is wrong.. Today we order 3 plates and fries flautas a la bander what they are called but the tomato sauce was not tomato it was all Chile de arbol. Last time I called had to be placed on hold due to lady answering phone didn't speak English ??..waited for her too find some one who did speak English ??. Sevice at the horizon location is horrible. The one in Central is even worse. At least at thz one they smile at ur central it seems like ur a bother to them. Good thing that now we have a cometa in horizon too. So think I'll b going there from now on..

Music Blaring Loud, Out Of Place And Unusual. Ordering Food Felt Uncomfortable And Like We Are At Thier Mercy. It's Just Not The Same Pila Like In Ysleta.

Horrible service ordered through a food app food took over an hour and still was not even ready called to ask for a refund they acted ignorant to my order and when I asked the owner or manager if I need to go down there to see what the problem was he denied me my refund and said he would wait for me there he sent the food hot but the salad was also cooked so they nuked the whole plate then shipped it only after contacting the food app responsible did I receive a full refund and apology you still lose la pila and your service is a disservice to honest Mexicans

Ordered food through door dash and the crema for the flautas was bad , all liquid bad taste . I don’t know if they put water on their salsas but nothing like the pictures . All the salsas were liquid. Salsa verde guacamole also tasted bad and smelled bad Just wanted $40

Food is good the only thing I hate more is when I call I can never ever ever get thruw we have to n order right there dies any one have thus problem I have 2 different numbers n both of them say unable to leave msg n the other one just rings n hangs up smh 8525125 n the 2641961 not cool unable to order out very bad service got to go somewhere else that will answer I have ask them n they say their phone don't ring ? so ? sad
