Ashley took care of me walked in a little late but her service was 100/10 no issues. Asked for my refill before i needed it and was always checking up if i needed anymore. Major disappointment they don't have Lone Star even though it's advertised for happy hour. But Joanne is awesome and makes the most delicious drinks in town.

We always love to go to Union. My wife and I are working to drink all 100 draft beer. They have a card for you to track your progress. The food is always top notch and they regularly add to the menu to keep it fresh.

Kid-friendliness: This is a good place for the family for dinner. The music can be a little loud but that seems normal for El Paso.

That crunchy edge, reminiscent of a Peter Piper crust, is absolute perfection. It's the best of both worlds, and at their prices? It's an absolute steal. You get a huge, delicious pizza that doesn't break the bank.

Ordered an Old Fashioned, from my previous experiences from the drink, it calls for whiskey to be added in. Union Draft House Eastlake didn't get the memo. Add whiskey next time if there will be a next time.

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others after my disastrous experience at Union Draft House. I went in with high expectations, but what followed was a nightmare. The food not only took forever to arrive, but when it finally did, it looked and tasted off. I decided to go ahead and eat, despite the strange smell, and within hours, I was violently ill. I had terrible stomach cramps, nausea, and spent the rest of the night with food poisoning. It’s been days, and I’m still recovering.

To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to explain what happened, they were dismissive and unhelpful, showing zero concern for my well-being. Clearly, they don’t care about the quality or safety of their food. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. The risk of food poisoning is simply not worth it!
