I went drive tru orders and they give me my food but forgot my frosty and I told the manager in the window but there machine was not on so he turned it on and made me wait in the window till it was done I was there for more than 10 minutes in the window and I left without my frosty that I paid because I was going to be late for work

I don't know why at drive thru they stopped giving the purchase receipt, ketchup, straw for the drink, and now not even napkins haha after a while they are not going to put the hamburger hahaha cheer up workers! It can be improved.

Like Wendy's, wish had read this before I went to the Horizon location. Did not get my cinni bons, the chili had beans like rocks.baked potato was super dry and old ,Will never be back. Wasted 28$
