I don't know why at drive thru they stopped giving the purchase receipt, ketchup, straw for the drink, and now not even napkins haha after a while they are not going to put the hamburger hahaha cheer up workers! It can be improved.

I usually don’t buy at Wendy’s but wanted to try something different today , I wanted to get chicken so they offered me a chicken wrap and let me tell you that it’s the worst chicken I’ve had You can tell only by the color that the chicken was from days ago , it was so hard that I couldn’t even bit it Not coming back for sure

Manager assumes you are drunk. When asked to move forward. I told him I understand the window times but no one behind me. He treated to call cops and accuse me of drunk driving. For not obeying his orders. Manager needs training on him and team. After arguing. Order was wrong. Missing food and shakes. Did not want to go back as we have all seen waiting. I’m sure. Avoid at night. Love this spot. Just not when night shift is in.

The only thing I don't approve of is employees eating and drinking behind the counter if there on break they should eat in sitting area I was there last week and a female was eating where we could see her behind counter?

I was curious and excited to try the saucey nuggets that have been promoting. They were dried and hard. They tasted horrible! I had to throw them away. My burger meat was dry. :(

The menu tablets are difficult to understand, some items on the menu book are not available on the tablet and you must ask for service. Service was good and had to explain to us why it was so.

They did not allow us to get half spicy and half regular on the family pack nuggets they said they don’t allow it. When we just got the same order at the same location 4 nights prior. If we are paying for our food why can’t we order what we are paying for when clearly they have done it before. Night shift manager did not seem faced or care about the customer. very sarcastic when informed we would be making a report . will not be returning.
If I could give this a 0 I would the chicken was so rubbery on my chicken sandwich I couldn’t eat it the lady giving my order seemed bothered never coming her again a rather drive to a Wendy’s

I went through the drive thru today and the girl who took my order and handed me my food was extremely rude. Her name was NORMA. She was big and wore glasses. She spoke to me with so much attitude and when I asked her for my change she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window in my face. And she never gave me back my change btw . When I got home and told my family about my experience, they all said that they’ve been attended by that same girl before and that she was very rude to them too and that’s why they don’t like to go to the horizon Wendys. Y’all needs to do something about this employee , either put her through training again or LET HER GO! The staff at all other wendys locations are usually very profesional and friendly , I was very disappointed with my experience today.

Just went through the drive thru.....place an order for salad and a 5 piece chicken nuggets....get home pull items from the bag...start eating the salad and nuggets....upon eating the salad. seem like a string was in the salad.....investigated further to find it was a long piece of black hair from an employee in the salad..how disgusting......DO NOT BUY SALAD FROM THIS LOCATION....
