They didn’t give me my full order and the burger patties were burned… then I call to let them know and I got no answer and the voicemail is full… it’s a personal cell phone not a business line! How is this acceptable in business! I want myMoney back and no one answers!

So I'm a big fan of Wendy's always have been. But has been by far the worst ever. If it's not the missing items in your order, it's them sending you the hardest fries because they've been overcooked or been on the warmer for a long time. When I'm saying rock hard. I mean it CRUNCHY... I usually don't like to leave these. Reviews, but this time man I just had to especially on the weekends. When you're on the go, you're busy working. You gotta get things done. You just don't have time to go back to get another order for replacement. And then the fact that their phone number nobody ever answers. I don't know what the deal is..

The food came fast , but the burgers were very dry. And Baconator fries what's not good because the bacon was burnt. And the burgers taste it like they were reheated.

First of all I felt rushed. They gave me the drinks without the straws we asked the girl if there where straws she could bring us and she just cut us off and said they are in the bag rushed to go inside we kept on looking around the bags But yet we missing a straw. Food was good and all but the service need to change.

Awful service. The evening of January 15th we had went through the drive thru to place an order and we waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes with no answer, then we went to the first window and waited another 5 minutes. We decided to just go to the second window and to our surprise we saw every single worker on their phones taking pictures while throwing up the middle finger. When they finally realized us their excuse was that the truck was too big for anyone to pick up. The truck was too big? In what world does that make sense, we continued to question on how they didn’t see us or hear us and they kept saying that the truck was too big. We ended up just leaving because what a waste of time. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Wendy’s, but this was just so disappointing. And the worst part is we know there was a manager but they took no initiative.

My experience was awful my order was placed through the drive through on Horizon Blvd, and the food was not fresh the food looked like it was under a heating light for a very long time the mayo, mustard and ketchup runny and didn’t look like right.The fries were overcooked very dry and hard.The chicken nuggets were cold the I placed the entire order in the trash.It would be nice if the night shift in that restaurant took pride in serving the customer quality food not disgusting food that was not good for consumption.

Always bad experience, always missing ketchup. Sauces. Not napkins and if you ask you only get one. If not profitable for wendy they should close that location

This place is too new to suck this bad. Order was wrong burgers were cold and the fries were stale. Tried the chicken Asiago homestyle on another visit and it was soggy and cold. Just avoid.

It was my first time trying this restaurant it wasn't that bad the food it was good the employers were very helpful and very fast. I will come back and tip the nice guy who helped me with my ored. I hope they keep the good job.
