Horrible experience, but I feel bad for your crew. The kid on drive thru is running from window to placing orders to outside bringing us food. You should staff accordingly that poor kid. He's doing a good job nice and trying but this is why employees quit you over work them.

The truth is that I am very upset. Last night I went and bought 4 hamburgers and I took one to my work only to realize that the ones I ordered, the Monterrey ones, didn't really have anything of what they are supposed to bring. This is already the 3rd. They do it once but I'm already tired of it. The truth is I don't know what's happening, either they are very lazy or they don't have a good handler!! I do not recommend this wataburger, the one at Horizon and Darrington

Whataburger never misses! Stopped by for an order for 5 people, and they got everything perfectly—hot, fresh, and exactly as we asked. Amazing job by the team for nailing it and making sure everyone was happy. Consistency like this is why they’re always a go-to!

We bought through self-service and they served us quickly. However, they must inform the client where their food is delivered. Etc. "Treat any customer as if it were the first time you buy from them, do not assume that all customers already know how to be your customers and know how they operate in the business" the food is very delicious. We bought a chicken burger and the spicy dressing was very good, the salad was also very tasty.
