They definitely mess orders up and when they say to come back in to have your order remade they will not honor their promise. Smug attitudes as well.

That was my order that some one messed up. If they have to check to see who picks up the order. Why did you all not check who picked it up now I am out 80 plus bucks and it's going to take me 3 to 10 business days to get my money back if the old Man with curly hair and glasses was doing his job correctly I would be eating my food but he did not do his job correctly or did he take it home is he stealing from me .

The old male employee that wears glasses and has black curly hair needs to fix up his attitude. Every time I have come to this Wingstop, I’ve had zero issues until today. I came to pick up two orders, and the old man gave me one and told me to sign in, I waited a moment and another employee asked me if I needed something And I told him yes I’m waiting on my second order and I showed him too. Then that’s when the old man told me that someone had already picked it up And it bothered me, of course. I explained to him that signing in is useless, an employee needs to have the driver show them that they confirmed the order is picked up once they get the food So that way it prevents foods being stolen. One can easily lie on the name of signing in, And it doesn’t do anything really in terms of the person stealing the food or not, The way to truly prevent it is by having the employee have the driver show them they confirm pick up. The old man cut me off as I was saying this and just said that one has to sign in and again I told him that’s it’s useless if they don’t check it, why bother signing in then. He proceeds to continue having an attitude, and so then I returned the same attitude. This happened today around 4:40 pm, around that time.This is the first time I’ve had an issue at this location, all the other times they employees are chill and I’ve had no issue with them. I’ve come to pickup delivery orders from this specific location several times

Wings are so good. The atmosphere is great, and the customer service is amazing as well. Eduardo and I believe her name is Monica, they are always so kind.

Every time I come to this Wingstop, the service and food are always on point! I’ve seen this young man (Ricardo, I believe) usually cooking or sometimes up front on the register, and he always does an amazing job. The wings are always fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, you can tell he really cares about what he’s doing.
One night, I came in right before closing and I felt bad, but I was craving wings. Instead of rushing through it or giving me attitude like I experienced with other locations, Ricardo still made everything fresh and didn’t cut corners. He was polite, patient, and treated it like it was just as important as the first order of the day. That kind of consistency and care is rare. He’s also super friendly and professional when he’s working the front. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. :)

I placed a order over the phone and I specificly told him that I only wanted wings,but they proceded to put all drums.Also they served me cold hard fríes.

It’s always a hit or miss somedays wings come out great …..tasty some sauce and crunchy…..other days super dry and no sauce to smother them….sometimes fries are big and seasoned and sometimes small wrinkled and barely any seasoning…it depends who’s working….which is bad for service now that the shack is opened….and other wing places around this area…..you better get your act together or you’ll be losing faithful customers just saying…..

Returning the wings. The suggested time was about 28 min and the employee in the front got upset for asking the wait time , so when I got the wings they looked like they had put something on the wings out of anger.
