I really hate to post this but BEWARE everyone, I got severe food poisoning at the Horizon location on 1/28/24. Yes ... it was here and nothing or nowhere else ...It was so bad, I ended up in the ER!I've been a loyal client to this place since they opened, but sorry to say ... goodbye!To all who read this, please think twice about eating here until they take care of their food health & safety issues.

Cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be at work, I told her the fountain drinks tasted weird & didn’t have gas. She acted like she was going to check it only to go back to being on her phone.My “fried” corn looks like they only threw seasoning on it & my fries don’t have any seasoning. They over threw barbecue sauce on my boneless wings as well, i didn’t ask for barbecue with a side of chicken.
And what about my fries? I won't order anything again in my receipt it says it comes with potatoes and I didn't see any potatoes, forget that I ordered something again!!!

It could be better but I don't think they have control over the restaurant been waiting for my order 21 min ago and yet I waited 1 hr more and my order was already done but he never gave it to us on time.

We were the only table in the dining room, after 15 minutes I went to ask what was happening with our order, and they didn't even have it to prepare, and after 30 minutes it still wasn't ready, so I asked for my money back, very bad

Had to wait over 20 minutes after the hit time for our food, and the wings were so tough, it actually hurt my mouth, and the fries were undercooked. Never going

If I could put no stars I would. This store provides terrible customer service and I’m sure they are committing fraud. Not only did they try overcharging us but when we came to return the order that was completely wrong and ask for our refund they guaranteed they did however they did not provide a receipt of refund. Long story short they never issued a refund back. Had to get my money back in cash however The general manager Miguel Manzano was extremely rude kept hanging up my calls when I asked to speak with his superiors. Terrible terrible service will be taking legal matter.
