Had the best experience with the girl working the window today. She had a real sweet attitude and was very accommodating, when I didn’t know what topping to pick she gave me some recommendations. The yogurt was delicious! 👍

Today's drive thru experience hard very disappointed. The girl on the window had the worst attitude! It seem she was making it hard to me to reach for my change, spoon and napkins. Also when she gave me my cup I struggle to reach for it and she didn't even try to help me get it. When I ask to speak to the manager, the manager didn't even know what to say.

Great customer service, our order was ready in kess than 5 minutes.
I went to the drive-thru on Sunday, May 18, at 9:38 p.m. The employees were already cleaning, so we knocked on the window several times. After 15 minutes, they came out with an attitude, saying they had run out. The manager told them to close, no sign was posted, and another customer was behind us. It was horrible customer service. False Advertisement: The hours for the business are not followed.

I have gone numerous times at 9 or 930pm and they always say they no longer have yogurt or that the machines or not working. I have asked for a manager and one said they currently did not have one assigned to the store.
