HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DID NOT GREET MY BOYFRIEND WHEN HE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR AND DID NOT GREET ME ONCE I WALKED IN AFTER HIM. THEY LOOKED DIRECTLY AT US AND CONTINUED DOING WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DIDNT EVEN SAY “COULD YOU GIVE US A MOMENT” LIKE SOMEONE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD DO. THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES
I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut especially when I was stationed in Washington, but this Pizza Hut really killed my mood. I ordered a meal with a 2 liter Dr.Pepper @ around 19:55. The meal came in on time and I checked to make sure the food was correct. I failed to notice that my Dr.Pepper was not there until maybe 10-15 min later. The pizza was loaded with olives, I only requested olives on one side of the pizza... it was so much to where even when I removed the olives it still tasted like it. The cheese smelled old and it made me and 2 others sick right after... I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut at all.
