I bought a burger today and the top bread was refrigerator cold. It felt awful. I did add a tip at prepay by the way :(

My first time ordering from here and let me tell you, dude came over that speaker kinda rude. Wish he came out to bring the order. Something you really wouldn't expect from a small town.

This sonic is the slowest ever! Sat at the window for almost 10 minutes waiting on one breakfast burrito.
Went to get a corn dog. They used to be fresh. Now they premake the food so it's cold when you get it. Won't be back to this location
I had an amazing experience at Sonic today thanks to Mark. He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service!
I wish this place wasn't the only fast food establishment next to my work. The food is terrible and they literally can't get one burger correct...one burger. You whole focus is on assembling a single burger and it's incorrect. Sums up Howe and everything north of it . The quality of anything in this whole area is sub par, to say the least.... trash

The ice that you served doesn't appear nor crunch like Sonic Ice. I think you are serving counterfeit ice.

I had ordered a chicken wrap, the chicken was raw in the middle. The burger I got smelled terrible. The bun smelled like a cardboard box for some reason. Mozzarella sticks were not cooked in the middle either. Only good thing was the “sundae”. The employees looked like they don’t know what hygiene is…disgusting.

My daughter has an allergy to vinegar, this includes pickles. She ordered a chicken sandwich without the pickles, when it arrived, it did have pickles, mistakes happen, that’s ok. We sent it back to be remade and when it was returned they had just removed the pickles and flipped over the chicken patty. Absolutely negligent and unsafe for anyone who has allergies. You would think they would know better and take better care of their customers.
Almost certain employees are just sitting around when it takes 30 minutes for a single burger with noone else here me and another car simply left. Worst part is I paid on the app and very likely will not be refunded. Unfortunately tipped too.Update: Speaker inside and employees were in fact just sitting around. Howe owners kinda lazy

Tried to order the half price shakes after 7 on the app just now and the app wasn’t working- kept giving a message saying there were technical difficulties. So we had no choice but to pull up and order from the car and they REFUSED to honor the half price shake deal regardless of the fact that it wasn’t our fault the app wasn’t working. We even had an employee come out to the car so that we could show them that the app was faulty- they didn’t care. I assume this is being done purposely so that Sonic can refuse to honor the deal. This used to be our favorite location- going forward we will be visiting any other one except the Howe location. Horrible customer service. So disappointing.

i got an iced coffee and it tasted so sour like it was spoiled so i asked for a new one thinking it was just too much syrup in the drink but after i drove off i drank the coffee and it just tasted so sour and gross. didn’t get to drink my $5 iced coffee :(
