WOW!! This place is REALLY good!! We started with fried pickles, which were so good. They are seasoned, thicker than most, so you can taste the pickle and the batter. Then my husband had fried catfish, cajun fries, and fried okra. I got the grilled catfish with cajun fries and fried okra.. ALL of it was seasoned extremely well. Prices are good. We tried the Huffman Cajun House on a recommendation from my aunt and uncle. We were very pleased. Rebecca was our server. She was courteous, attentive and kept our drinks full. We both ordered the fish. Me, grilled and my husband chose the blackened. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We chose the etoufee, field peas and Cajun fries as our sides.
