I Ain't Lying BBQ It's That Good

I placed a $417 catering order, got charged twice for it. I have been trying for months to get the over charge refunded with no luck. The original $417 charge was for a special Easter dinner because it was my daughter in laws birthday along with my granddaughter being here from South Carolina. Tomorrow is Easter and no dinner coming. Now I'm trying to get $833 back because he owes me for the second charge he wasn't authorized to debit from my account along with a refund for the dinner he never delivered. After attempting to contact him 3 times today he finally texted me to say he wasn't delivering my dinner. Eight hours before Easter. This has been going on since February 8, 2025. His wife guaranteed delivery but apparently she cannot be believed either. They say he has had a heart transplant and has been in and out of the hospital. I'm sorry if this is true but fail to see how this prevented him from returning the $416 he overcharged me or now returning the $417 that I paid for the catering service that he didn't provide. Before you dump on me for not considering his health problems, he called me, I didn't call him so he was OK February 8. I'm a 68 year old woman who lost her husband of 49 years in August, my home was broken into in November and they stole about $20,000 worth of my property, my pickup which is my job broke down in January and cost me over $6000 to repair so I have problems too and need the money he owes me.

I think this place was serving at MD Anderson today and the ribs and mixed vegetables were amazing

They don't have free wifi for customers. This restaurant is attached to an Exxon convenience store with a glass door between the businesses for easy access. The restroom is accessible inside the Exxon part. I've been here before and the smoke smelled really good outside so I wanted to stop in sometime and try a chopped beef brisket sandwich. It wasn't as smoky tasting like it smelled outside, however, it was still tender and tasty. I found out all their meat is smoked except the chopped beef brisket. Also not all their menu items are available every day currently. I did get some smoked chopped pork and it was delicious and smokey tasting - yum!

Vegetarian options: Like most barbecue restaurants, only some of their sides could be considered vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: Like most barbecue restaurants, they can't really accommodate most dietary restrictions.

Parking: Parking is shared by the Exxon & this restaurant in this small parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: This place is kind of small and maybe a kid or two could eat here.

Wheelchair accessibility: They can accommodate a wheelchair.

We ordered 2 chopped brisket sandwiches, but when we get home, they had given us 2 pulled pork. I'm sorry but not going there anymore and it was not good.

A gem of a find. My husband and I recently moved to Huffman and decided to try this BBQ since it's close to our home. I had the loaded baked potato and my husband had the pulled pork sandwich. Up until now, I've always favored my hubby's brisket over any restaurants simply because he doesn't over season and the natural beef taste is what I prefer.I instantly knew my husband had met his match, surprisingly, he agreed.When you order a loaded potato, stretch your arm before lifting, it is, by no means, an exaggeration. It is LOADED DOWN WITH HEAVENLY GOODNESS!I've never had pickles in my potatoes before, will never have them without now. I dug under to find a piece of brisket untouched by anything else, it was a task, but finally found it and the beef taste shines through. I'm a small woman, but I can put away some food, I was only able to eat maybe 1/4 of it, I had it for lunch today as well.Now, the pulled pork sandwich, which I did taste as well, was beauty in a bun. The flavor was perfection, the perfect amount of BBQ sauce and it melts in your mouth. He got 2 so he could have one for lunch as wellThe two meals were very reasonably priced for the amount we got.I'm a firm believer that the best restaurant can have the best food on earth, but be ruined by bad customer service. This is NOT the case here. The people inside were just as impressive as the food they serve.This will definitely be our go to for BBQ from now on.They definitely Ain't lying, they are AMAZING!

This BBQ Spot is the Real Deal!If you're a BBQ fanatic in the Huffman, Humble, or Atascocita area, you gotta check out I Ain't Lying BBQ! I had some of the best BBQ here in a long while – the flavors were incredible, that true authentic smoke and tenderness.Their staff is super friendly too, made me feel right at home. They're even working on expanding the place, so I'm excited to see what new goodies they'll add to the menu.I highly, HIGHLY recommend giving I Ain't Lying a try. You won't be disappointed!

How unprofessional...this is the second Saturday that this place closes. They claim to be sold out?!? Out of FOOD, your business? Unbelievable. They over charged us 3 months ago on a baked potato, charged us for the meat in the potatoes but didn't get the meat and they would not refund the difference so we haven't been back since, but went by today and saw the sign SOLD OUT and thought ?...hilarious....

Tyrone was very welcoming. My husband and I came in to try it out. We have heard mixed reviews and wanted to see for ourselves. I ordered the stuffed brisket potato. My husband got the Brisket dinner and 2 sides. While they were both good, the exceptional meat was offered to us as a sample. Before I go too much into this, I first would like to say, I am not typically a fan of pork, with the exception of the occasional piece of extra crispy bacon. However, the ribs are the absolute best I have ever tried. This, if anything, is what you want to come in for. They were so good, I scarfed if down before I could get a picture, lol. They have their own unique seasoning that gives the meat a desirable taste that will keep you coming back for more. Overall, everything was fresh and next time I will be visiting with the ribs in mind.

I am shocked! This has to be the most amazing food in Huffman. I've had the ribs, pulled pork, and fried ribs. And I absolutely loved all three. The owner is a testament to responsibility and commitment. I doubted his choice for Huffman as a location. But I'll never doubt his food ?. He ain't lying, it really is that good.

Best bbq I’ve ever had! My mom and I both had the brisket it was so flavorful! The owner was there and he was so nice he even had us try the mac n cheese and ribs and let me tell you it was the best rib my mom and I have ever had! We will definitely be back and are recommending it for other people to try!

Went through the drive-thru today and got two brisket sandwiches. Very close to being the best I've ever had. Plenty of brisket, seasonings perfect, and definitely not dry. These people know barbecue. I highly recommend you check it out. We will definitely go back.
