Extraordinary food but service is non existent. Hoping management places a priority on training the team on Service and not just doing the basics. Be attentive, friendly and show some appreciation to customers.
We ordered a 5 piece chicken strip and got 3 regular sized strips and 2 the size of 1 bite. We ordered an paid for extra cheese and bacon on the bacon cheeseburger and didn't receive it either. We love this place but today on Sunday May 18th, 2025 the food wasn't top notch like it has been. The fries were not even seasoned.
It’s been about 6 months since we have eaten here and I have to say our burgers were delicious! I’m not sure what they changed but whatever it was is a great improvement! We prefer to support local businesses so we will be coming here more often.
