Went through drive thru and recorded old food, then when I requested a refund the employee and manager were rude.

To the owner - whoever is managing this location is failing you service is horrible wait time is ridiculous I ordered through drive through and was at the window for over 15 minutes mind you I ordered one meal meanwhile people behind me are getting their orders after finally getting what I paid for I politely said to the young man that y'all need to speed things up it's a 30 minute wait Everytime I come here his reply is that they are slammed no y'all weren't there wasn't hardly any cars at the hop stands and 3 cars behind me waiting on my one order I can see into the kitchen area and there's a lot of standing around goofing off your shift supervisor is rude also this location has always had an issue whether it's the ice cream made poorly the wait time for FAST food or the order is all screwed up I can guarantee every visit to this location you will have a problem nothing ever gets better I don't understand how this location has not been closed down the convenience of this location being within walking distance is no longer a plus cus the food, service, and wait time is not worth the headache FIX YOURSELF THE POOR SERVICE IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE LEADERSHIP AND ITS SAD THAT NOTHING HAS GOT BETTER and maybe you don't care that's the feeling I get

Ordered food at this location all the stalls were empty there was a couple cars in the Drive-Thru I went to a stall because in the stall you have the opportunity to order right away took over 15 minutes to get my order while multiple cars were pushed through the drive through they prioritize the drive through instead of taking care of orders as they come in

They were so rude to us when ordering we even had to push the button again and say we are not done ordering then she asked us what else in the rudest manner then we got our ice cream they had just put everything on top without stirring it in like it should be then proceeded to be super rude when dropping our food to us.

THIS A GREAT PLACE IF YOU LIKE SCARY ABANDONED LOOKING BUSINESSES. THEY GOT A TOILET IN THE BACK PARKING LOT BY THE ABANDONED DAIRY QUEEN. IT AIN'T GOT NO WALLS AROUND IT SO U CAN TAKE A DUMP WHILE U ENJOY THE VIEW OF FOLKS IN THE DRIVE THRU.

I’m normally not one to complain but I went and got the new pickle tots open the container and there is a long black hair in my tots. Attempted to call the store and got hung up on. I am livid

The cheddar's pepers are very good.
