THIS A GREAT PLACE IF YOU LIKE SCARY ABANDONED LOOKING BUSINESSES. THEY GOT A TOILET IN THE BACK PARKING LOT BY THE ABANDONED DAIRY QUEEN. IT AIN'T GOT NO WALLS AROUND IT SO U CAN TAKE A DUMP WHILE U ENJOY THE VIEW OF FOLKS IN THE DRIVE THRU.

Polite workers but more than 3 of the ordering stations were out of service.

I’m normally not one to complain but I went and got the new pickle tots open the container and there is a long black hair in my tots. Attempted to call the store and got hung up on. I am livid

Sonic what is this? I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch queso wrap and THIS is what they give me!? The chicken is so old and over cooked its a brick the cheese is pathetic and so is the sauce.

Not a single stall was working to order, then went to drive through and sat there for 10 min with out a word from inside horrible

Worst Sonic ever. All I ordered was a sweet tea and corn dog. It took 16 minutes to get my order and the tea was so nasty I poured it out.

Service is HORRIBLE! You pull up and attempt to order from ur app to use savings which is suppose to work. Howevr u arrived at 1238pm and sit there for about 4 mins trying to get app to let u checkout. Yet, its not working..u finally pushed the button at 1241 when a lady answers the speaker and refuses to taken discount because app is defferent. Im sorry but no other rest seems to have a problem when u are attempting to order from app and its broken to give u the same deal. Its obvious ur trying to do so. Probably just another was for sonics to make u pay full price . They didnt get my pay today, i rather spend money at a location that will actually provide customer service like it used to be.

This has got to be THE WORST Sonic ever! I have had enough! Every time we go here the wait is at least 20-30 min even if you’re just getting drinks the food is always overcooked and the service is awful! But today, was my last straw!!!! I ordered a dirty coke and that means lime and cream supposed to be a splash on top… I don’t know WHO taught them how to make this but this is what I received…. There’s a splash of the coke lol…I’m literally drinking cream on ice this is unacceptable!!!!

The staff are very helpful. Will walk with you chatting like you belong there, there facilities are clean and inviting, I'm staying long term because of the staff and everything there is to do and enjoying a real RV retreat.

Drinks keep this place open....

Worst place ever. It took over 30 mins just to get a drink. Asked for a refund and Employees refused. Instead brought me a drink that was watered down. Had to throw away. Will never go to this location again.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve had at a Sonic establishment. Stopped in and ordered a Sprite and a burger with ketchup only. I didn’t drink or eat right away but later and realized the drink was flat but further it is just lemon in water. No sweeter, just lemon water. I then opened my burger to find it is fully loaded. I also didn’t get a receipt. I went back and the folks at the drive through refused to replace the items because I had no receipt. I was just here! And they were rude about it. I don’t really go here much, I don’t ask for returns. I didn’t magically find a random burger to put in my Sonic branded holder and I didn’t find lemons to put in my Sonic cup.

I am just going to charge back on CC and take business somewhere else for a while until this place changes. I suggest you do as well.
