I ordered 2 foot longs for pickup last night. When I arrived the place was empty so I know the guy wasn’t that busy when he made my sandwich’s. The bread was switched on both and neither had onions or peppers. Plus light mayonnaise apparently means only use 1/2 cup. I will not be back.

I always love Subway and eat them regularly while on the road. This is the second time I’ve been to this particular location with the same type of results.
I walked in and the two workers were in the back eating, I guess on their lunch break. When they saw me, they seem disturbed that they had to come out and make a sandwich. I noticed as she was putting tomatoes, cucumbers and pickles on my sandwich, she was counting them out very carefully. When I asked why only 6 picklels, she said you know McDonald’s only gives you 2. I just smiled and said OK
I wanted to say, I can get a cheeseburger at McDonald’s for $2. When I’m paying $12 plus tax for a foot-long sandwich, it would be nice if I got a few more of your very thinly sliced pickles.
This will be the last time I visit this subway.

It's your typical subway. The food tastes good and I didn't get sick after I ate it. Good service from the people working. Fair price and made quickly. About all you can ask for.

As soon as I opened the door, the strong smell of mothballs overwhelmed me. I did not step inside. I promptly left.

I stopped in with my family to grab some dinner. And as soon as we opened the door the overwhelming smell of mothballs hit us. The staff was amazing. They did their best to be helpful and take care of us. We finished our business and stepped down the street to the Family Dollar. The smell of mothballs was so strong on us the cashier could smell it. By the time we got home, it was so overwhelming we all had to change our clothes. We sat down and tried to eat. However even the bread had absorbed the smell of the mothballs. The little bit that I ate ended up giving me mothball flavored and scented sour stomach. It's been almost 24 hours and I can still smell it. I'm not sure what they've got going on that they need to be using mothballs like that. However, I think they ought to consider an alternative method. That's not quite so hazardous to people's health. I feel so bad for those employees, that can't be good for them.

Did an online order added extra cheese and meat, no cheese and definitely not extra meet. I love 30 minute away and this is in my way home. I called when I got home and Javier said you can bring me the sandwiches back. I explained to him how far I live and he said I have no authority to help you my manager works in the morning. Horrible customer service and my bread was hard. I could tell it was over toasted. Sad this is a small community and we can’t even get a decent sandwich.
