Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I arrived for a mobile pickup and the store was completely empty—no staff in sight for 20 minutes. When someone finally appeared, they told me it would be another 15 minutes without any explanation or apology. To make matters worse, the employee started making sandwiches for a customer who walked in long after I did. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.

I left one star last time due to a long wait on the mobile order this time I go in and they don’t start making my mobile order until I walked through the door not only that no mayonnaise no mustard no oil no vinegar dry !!! I got three pieces of meat on the whole sandwich the young man that there is always kind and pleasant, but the girls should surely know how to read, correct ? 🤦🏽♀️

Most poorly ran subway went into today Sunday at 12 30 no bread just flat bread veggies always look old tomato always look bad I have complained before ice machine broke for months before they fixed it will not be back

HUGE SHOUT OUT to the gentleman that helped us today. He was so kind and considerate. True hospitality which you cannot find much these days. He deserves a raise if not, bonus for sure. He made us 5 sandwiches and was extremely kind to my daughters.
