We went in last week because my daughter really wanted tacos. We are new to the area, so trying the local spots to support small business. Imagine our disappointment when a place called tickle mi TACO didn’t serve TACOS!!! Only quesadillas were on the menu. At that, it tasted like someone put a tortilla in the microwave with some cheese and then flipped it over. It appears they used to have tacos, so not sure what happened there.. 🤷♀️
I will say the staff was very friendly and attentive though. Very proud to see such young kids have great work ethic.

Every time I think I have found a fun palce of entertainment, I seem to surprise myself. This place is amazing! There is seating both inside and outside. There is covering for those really hot days and heat lamps for the cool evening. The view of the lake is perfect. You can see the lake from just about any seat. There are boats that pass by from time to time. The stage is in a spot where everyone can see and hear perfectly. All the food was cooked fresh and delicious. The prices were reasonable too. The drinks were delicious and well crafted. They even have a playground for children off to the side. Parking was plentiful. This is a place that I will definately be back. Great food, great environment, and wonderful customer service!

It's an aggravating experience to see the surrounding tables waited on with attentive wait staff and our table's waitress inattentive and not very responsive. She brought salads with no utensils, and my dish that was supposed to be hot was cold. Their "remake" was hot but thrown on the plate poorly. Going out to eat is too damn expensive for a bad dining exp.

What a great place to go out to hang out with friends. We hung out on the deck on a sunny Sunday afternoon. They had some great live music. Just loud enough to enjoy but you could still hold a conversation with your people. Had the raspberry ale, ice tea and the fried pickles to start. Very happy. Had a burger, and catfish/shrimp combo as our entrees. Not too educated on catfish but felt like it was legit. Shrimp was not anything special. Fries were tasty. Burger was great. Service was very attentive. Will be back in town in a few months and will definitely be back!

We had heard about this place a few times and decided to give it a try. We went on a Saturday evening and it was packed. We walked in and the hostess told us the wait would be about two and a half hours!!! Don't be discouraged as we were, she told us we could hang out at the bar or go outside and get one of the picnic tables that didn't have a reserved sign on it. We opted for the outside option as it was a pretty day and there was live music. As we were sitting enjoying the lake breeze, we noticed people eating from to-go plates. I went to go check it out, and it turns out they have a separate counter where you can order to-go and they'll text you when your order is ready! I thought this was a GREAT idea! The wait is only if you want a server tending to you, other than that, you can get there, order, and wait while your food is ready. Everything we ordered was very good! I would come back regardless, but now that I know the wait doesn't have to be that long, I'll definitely be back!

The fried wonton on the Asian taco is delicious. The sauce brings the whole taco together. Delicious ! And the loaded taco is amazing.

The food was great, really great, the fish tacos were tremendous and everyone else enjoyed their meals too. We got thrown out because we were sitting outside, the only people there, so switched a fan on to keep cool, as it got busier an obnoxious guy turned the fan to his table, so we turned it back. This happened again and the guy got aggressive, we explained theres kids at our table, its hot and thats why we positioned the fan there. He got more aggressive and a guy from my party went to "chat" to him outside in the parking lot. There was no violence but we got thrown out anyway. It spoiled a great evening.

Nice location for a day trip but bring allot of patience. We had to wait 45 minutes before we had a table, they had allot of empty tables ans when I asked the staff how come we have to wait 45 minutes they said “Because we don’t have enough staff”. So then after we had our table we decided to directly order before we even sat down (yes first time we could order, could not order in advanced), from that moment on it took another 45 minutes to get our food. All in all a nice place but not worth it if you intend to spend less then 2 hours there.

Lake Houston Brewery sits on Lake Houston. It is easy to get to with ample parking for busy days! The service was very good! The food that tired was very good. I tried a flight of six of their beers. Unfortunately they were all a bit disappointing compared to the beers from other breweries / brewpubs on my list. If you are not looking for a beer outing the food is worth the visit.
