Sorry not sorry but Kentucky is just superior for bourbon and distilleries. Been to several in my time and this one disappoints. 1. Have to pay for a tour. 2. Tasting is not included in that tour. I would be happy to pay if an actual tasting was part of it; not just little sips of mash, white dog and small batch. Heaven Hill charges but it has a tasting. Same with Old Forester. Buffalo Trace (arguably the king) is free and has a tasting. Property is pretty but I'd prefer...
We did the tour at the Distillery. This was a great place, and we did the 10 am tour and ended up listening to the live music and hanging out with friends until about 4pm.
Staff is very friendly and the information was cool to learn and the tastes were fantastic as well! I wish I would have known about the tasting, but overall a great day!

This is our second time visiting. 4 of us went on the tour, one of us blind and disabled and we all had an absolutely fantastic time! They were very bright and made lots of jokes! They are very transparent about their services and products which made the experience fantasic! They have FANTASTIC SLIDERS so I would highly recommend the food if visiting on weekends!
