I was in town for the funeral of a longtime family friend. I have visited the Fredericksburg area many times but had never been the the hye meadow winery. After the service I stopped by the winery to relax and have a glass of wine before heading home. I waited at the bar several minutes to order a glass of wine. We love coming to Hye Meadow Winery. They have done an excellent job creating a laid back family friendly atmosphere with their outdoor space and more intimate experience at their inside bar. Stop in here to soak up the beauty of the Texas Hill Country and enjoy some delicious wines. You won't be disappointed!
