Lovely, chill winery with a view of authentic Texas scenery (donkeys included!). We loved that it serves only Texas wines. Every wine we sampled was delicious and Krystyn was a wonderful server. It was so relaxing. We highly recommend HYE Meadow!!

This winery was by far the best one I have visited. Wine is very good. Tim was great with explaining every wine before hand. The Chica sparkling wine was my favorite. Sweet and bubbly. The red Boooom was also another favorite.
My friends and I went the other week to celebrate a birthday and had the best time at Hye! Everyone was so helpful and had great information, and they easily accommodated our group of 6. Tim and Justin were great and we had a blast. The food was fantastic, and we had a great time doing the tasting and seeing the grounds. We ended up going later that night for wine and stargazing. Overall Hye was a must see on our trip and we will definitely be back next time we are in town.
