It has never failed that when I order from the drive thru, I have to repeat myself 5 or 6 times to confirm the order, only for it to be wrong anyway by the time I get home to check.
What is completely shameful is that ordering a blizzard is nowhere near worth the price they charge bc they can't even mix the damn blizzard in totality. I ordered a medium heath and medium Oreo fudge brownie blizzard; I got smalls for both and the ingredients were only mixed halfway down. This is every single time I've ever been here. It's laziness, it's ignorance, and it's the last time I'll order from here.
Like I get that the job sucks, the customers probably suck too, the pay is shit, but at the same time, you signed a contract to do the job, and bare minimum is meeting the order given, and that can't even been done.
This is after giving this place 2 years of chances and it's been disappointing every time.

Tried calling two times ahead and no one would answer, which I could understand if it’s busy but upon arriving only 1 car was there and it was the workers. As we proceeded to order the worker cuts us off very rudely and yells at us “TO SPEAK UP” then instead I talk louder for them, making sure I’m a little louder. I was ordering the burger and proceeded to tell them what I want on it but was rudely cut off again!! Going on about how “YOU DONT HAVE TO BE DISRESPECTFUL TO ME SIR” so I proceeded to just let them know I understand where they are coming from but I’m not trying to be rude, just asking to let me finish saying my sentence and not keep cutting me off, she then proceed to tell me “WELL THEN HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SIR AND COME BACK TOMORROW “ so we did proceed to pull up to the window so we could see about talking with a manger and she claims she was the manager and if this is true, this is absolutely sad. I can fully understand someone having a bad day but remember, you’re the one who signed up to work their so don’t be rude and take it out on me, especially after I let everything else slide. I will never come back here and I don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Miss Josie is amazing. She's super kind friendly and she makes the best strawberry, pineapple pecan blizzards!!!
So we have been coming to this DQ for several years now, since it is the closest to our home. We are never disappointed with the food and with the service. If we ever had any issues they fix it right away. The staff is always very helpful and treat you like family. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Out of our order of 5, they only 2 right and the food was cold. The people in front of us went through the drive and waited over 20 minutes before asking about it, and they hadn't even started their order. They got a refund and left.
