We were driving south through Texas and stopped at Pena’s Kitchen because of the food reviews! We agree!! Fresh homemade food that tasted amazing. Rosario, the owner is so kind and made our visit really fun! We had chicken quesadilla, brisket burrito and some samples of meat and potatoes. She makes the tortillas fresh in the morning. So good!! Google maps directs you incorrectly so look at the pictures people have posted so you can spot it. I will post a picture of the card...
Mrs. Pena was very kind and gave me a sample of her food to help me decide since it was my first time here. She has moved her trailer across the street and connected it to a small house to provide indoor dining. Restroom for customers only. Excellent iced tea.
