I was told to wait when my order was simple as hell you coulra just listened to me waited at the speaker for 10 minutes just to say a small cone (vanilla) and a puppy cup for my dog , then when I get there the lady scoffed rolled her eyes when she heard i wanted a ice cream pip cup even though she asked wich one I wanted.

Im not one to leave reviews, but this time this was definitely one for the books, everything that could be wrong, was, i was in a rush to work so i take this blame on me that i didnt check my order, but i shouldnt have to, i ordered a burger with 2 meats and it only had one, i added mayo and ketchup and it didnt have none, i said no tomatoes or onions and it came with onions, also, this is 100% on me because i was distracted (on a rush) but they never gave me my drink and i didnt realize until i was already at my job site. very disappointed

Would give 0 stars if I could đđ. They didn't close until 11:00, and when I pulled up to the drive through speaker, I was completely ignored... even after saying 'hello?'.... this isn't my first time being ignored or having a bad experience with this DQ.... don't even bother with this location.

Is there a way to give this place 0 stars? Anytime you order through the drive through they constantly pull you forward just to service people behind you, wait 20 minutes for a hamburger plain and dry. Which 9/10 times is incorrect. & if you order ice cream with your meal they give you the ice cream before receiving your food, so by the time you get it home to your family its melted because we live in south texas 80-102â degrees on any given day. Like at-least get the food out to the customer then give the customer their ice cream so itâs not melted. Thats just common sense!! Talked to asst manager. She stated âthats how we do thingsâ didn't care about waiting 20 minutes for the burger or melted ice cream⊠worst customer service in the whole damn town. Why be fast food if it takes you that long to make a burger and leave with melted ice cream ill take my money elsewhere. Or just cook at home myself. I just donât see the point in coming to these establishments spending my hard earned money on piss-poor mediocre service. Oh & I donât think cooperate will like hearing that you pulling cars up just so you can avoid your ticket times! So ill give them a call as wellâŠ

Literally sat at the window for 15 minutes for a blizzard, ice cream cone and a cone Horrible service here.
Took 12 minutes to make 2 Lg blizzards bigger Mexican guy came out and ask me my name lazily went back into the store and a few minutes later came out with the 2 blizzards he opened the door looked back to talk to his co worker with the cups sideways about to spill he came to my window gave me the blizzards and said I donât think she made them right I said then take them back he said no they will be fine it will still taste the same she just didnât leave the strawberryâs in the middle of the New York cheesecake blizzard. I left and once I got home I found in my New York cheesecake I got chocolate chips and recess peanut butter in there and in the choco brownie extreme there was way to much chocolate chips and barely any ice-cream.

Britney in Drive Thru was really rude and kept slamming the door in my face. When I just asked for napkins and extra ketchup. She made it seem like I was inconveniencing her, this isnât the first time i have had an experience with her.

My Son and I met up for lunch at DQ. This place stood out. It's very clean, neat and has very friendly customer service. We preceded to place our order. My son ordered the honey BBQ chicken strip basket and I ordered tacos. The DQ server (I think she might have been a manager) brought it to our attention that the Honey BBQ chkn strip was a seasonal product and so my son decided to order the original chicken strip basket. The server kindly brought over our meals we noticed she tossed in a few honey BBQ chkn strip chunks on the side. Needless to say my Son was Surprised and was one Happy Camper! It's the little things that count. I have been to many DQ's in the past but this one has reached beyond our expectation. Thank you soooo much for your thoughtfulness and kindness!
