They are the best tamales in town. I was just there earlier today and the young woman behind the counter is always so friendly. The salsa is delicious and they usually have fresh baked pan de polvo on the counter enticing you to balance the savory tamales with something yummy and sweet. 2nd time stopping on the way home from work...love them! 1st time was just a dozen beef tamales, and this time was the same, plus chips and the green salsa my husband loved.Very affordable and very sweet ladies!
It’s a bit of a Love hate so far. Their Masa is great it has really good flavor the size and meat inside is a problem. Coming from Cali I’m used too some Red chili being inside the Tamale maybe my batch missed it IDK. Okay so if you eat the Tamale with the Salsa supplied with your meal it’s pretty good I’m just not used to eating it that way I think what makes this tamale is the Masa. If there was no salsa the review probably would had not been good. It’s worth a try...
