Horrible service lady didn’t great until 30 mins at sitting at the window I called the store and they said there to busy but said the pizza would be ready then get told the pizza would take an hour bc she didn’t put it in yet and we order online waited already 30mins for nothing crazy pizza hurt has done horrible service

Placed an online order at this location at around 6:20pm and it said carry out would be ready at 6:45pm so I arrived about 6:50 and then proceeded to wait at the drive thru window till 7:30 just for them to come to the window to tell me they haven’t even started the order yet. The lady at the window seemed annoyed and frustrated. I just canceled the order because she said it would be over an hour wait for an order I placed at 6:20

Avoid this place attached to a run down gas station. They treat their employees really bad, and one guy was touching his hair and face while around the food in the back, with a few health code violations. I wouldn't trust anymore food from here. Interior even smells like mustiness and black mold making me cough when I'm in there, and the food isn't as great as you think.

I caught in an order for a certain time and when I showed up a little early, the gentleman behind the counter says I still got a little bit more time left because they said you’re gonna pick it up at exactly at a certain time. I was just there early so I can be ready, but I was not rushing. The pizza was good and hot.
Ordered ahead and still waited 30 minutes... Then one of the guys gave my pizza away and I was left with one pizza I wanted and one he took from someone else's order... Both had toppings only on one side and the rest didn't even have sauce so I was basically looking at bread! Add one more employee cause 2 just ain't cutting it!!!

So happy that Pizza Hut has reopened! Ever since then it has been a better experience then before. Never have any issues and the food and service is ALWAYS great! And kudos to Johnson for being quick, friendly, and courteous. He always makes our visits a great experience and we'll definitely be back!
