Service is horrible. I placed an online order for one thing and it still wasn’t ready 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Tried pushing the button multiple times and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Ended up, leaving without my food and without a refund.

Hi Sonic, i think we need to break up for a while. I’m come over almost everyday for 2-4 44oz waters and sometimes a snacky snack. The last few times I have gotten waters they all have had regular or extra ice even when I ordered easy ice. Today I got waters and they had a lot of ice and black speckles all over in it. I am deeply heartbroken but I feel that it is best to part ways for a while. I love you guys and your crew have always been amazing and just overall a joy to converse with. I’ll be back soon but please clean your ice machine. -The Rainbow haired chick.

Got a chicken burger and it was sooo dried out like I broke it apart to look and no chicken all crust and hard horrible then tried to call and had a number not in service so I looked it up on google and the number just goes straight to a busy signal sonic why would u send that out to a customer

Did an online order and waited 20 minutes just for them to bring the wrong order.
I got a medium order of mozzarella sticks for $5 and they gave me a grilled cheese sandwich ?? I tried to give the sandwich back to get my mozzarella sticks but the worker came and said it would take too long, so I left with no mozzarella sticks too munch on and 5 bucks wasted. It almost seemed like there was only one person working by how long it took

Wish they would listen to the order... I ordered plain tea.... And got a sweet tea, now having to dump a $ 4 tea out.. what a waste...

The food at the sonic i got to on a regular is always fresh and they always get my food out to meet as fast as they could.

I ordered two orders of cheese sticks, BOTH orders had basically no cheese in the sticks. This isn’t the first time this has happened, never had it happen in aransas pass or Portland. I think if I’m gonna spend 5+ dollars on CHEESE sticks I should get the cheese in the majority of them instead of 1-2 of them.

They charged my card twice for one order. One was the correct amount, and another for what I assume was someone else’s order. It was only five dollars extra, so I’m not going to make a big deal about it… but that in combination with waiting 10 minutes for two corndogs and two drinks? I’m done. There are too many fast food options to keep going to one that consistently underperforms.

Emma working Night Shift needs to be fired. Absolutely worst service and no one with an attitude like that should have a job yet alone customer service job. I’m not sure if I’ll be back at this sonic again after experiencing such disrespect.

I have been coming to this sonic for a little over a year. Today they got my drink wrong, I’m a very understanding customer, I’ve worked in the food industry before I get it. I politely asked them if they could remake my drink bc it was not what I ordered. When they brought it back, again it was wrong. I requested the manager to let her know her team was getting the drinks wrong multiple times, in which she replied “okay and? You want me to remake it or what”. To me, this is a very rude way to treat a customer who was being kind when I really could’ve been rude, rolled her eye, and turned her back without apologizing. If the young managers at this establishment can not contain their attitudes, then you guys should train others, bc the young lady that was fairly thin, with false lashes , blue eyes, blond and dark brown/black hair was extremely rude, with a very stinky demeanor with your customers.

The food was amazing with awesome presentation my burger looked like sponge bob made it in their kitchen, along with excellent price deals on the app. The manager Mathew provided top tier service and commended his team highly recommend this location.
