The service was not great, and the manager seems to care only for her online orders than others that are in front of her. I ordered a wrap, and only because they had 5 wraps left the manager only wanted to satisfy her online orders just in case, they were to order one. So, they gave me a pitiful salad instead. I will not eat here again since the manager only singles out certain customers at her preference.Parking: Very limited on parking.

Least friendly fast food experience I’ve had in a year or so. The staff was basically non verbal. The First Gentleman looked at me and didn’t even speak. He just stared at me until I said what I wanted. As he put it together he did it as if he was frustrated that he had to make a sandwich when he’s paid to do so. He was skimpy with the meat and cheese, but I just let it pass. He then walked away and started mumbling to himself about another customers order, which just gave the place a terrible vibe. The next guy that put my sauce put a big splat on one of end. When I bit that end it just spurted out the sides of the sandwich. Overall an uncomfortable visit and a not so great sandwich. Also $17 dollars for a footlong meal????? 1 Star

Zero stars . The lady just now is so rude ! I didn’t get her name or I would of posted it today is 12/5/2023 at 2:36 PM maybe this will get back to someone higher up ! They didn’t have shredded mozzarella so they said they had to charge us for fresh mozzarella! Then I asked for literally a pinch of cheese for my Broccoli cheddar soup and of course that was extra ! Just over all the atmosphere was just negative and made me not want to ever go back !

Young man at front counter had some food in his while he was making what looked like orders for his friends..when I picked up my order that had been placed at least 15 minutes in advance, they had not started making it and barely had seen the ticket when I got there..overall customer service was well below par and young man at front was not focused whatsoever...not a great experience.

Sandwiches not made correctly. Meat was short. One sandwich didn't have the variety of meats and the other was half meat. Not toasted and incorrect bread. Not first time bad order here.

Lived here 10 years in Ingleside ordering at least once a month. Never had a problem last two times have been horrible. Caught food poisoning time before last and now this time the sandwich can’t even be classified as a sandwich. Lettuce had three strands on a foot long, the new kids need to be retrained a lot better, right now Ingleside is the worst there is in area. Someone please send some decent help down here. They’re Killin the sandwiches, you wouldn’t think they could screw up a sandwich so bad.
