Amazing location!!!! I drive from Rockport just to eat here. I got the veggie power bowl and customized it. All toppings were correct! They are always amazing with presentation and give you the correct amount! Customer service from all members I have encountered has been amazing each time. I had to come on here and give them 5 stars! Would give 10 if I could. I will be back.

We’ve always had a positive experience with this location, but today we encountered a couple of issues. Unfortunately, when we opened our bag, the salad bowl was upside down, which was disappointing. Additionally, we ordered two new items from the menu, but they were missing from our order. I attempted to call four times but didn’t get a response.

We went through the drive thru. When we ordered, she was having a very hard time following our order. We waited for awhile, and we were the only one at the window. When we got home, my daughter opened the box to realize the box had nothing of what she ordered & it was all cold. We usually have great service here, but very disappointed tonight!

So no one wants to actually take your order, but they want to show you the kiosk ..... if you just took my order to begin with, we would have saved time for both of us. And then, if you pay cash, you have to go to the counter anyway, so how is this making any sense. Anyway, they also threw my food tray down on the counter like they had a problem with the fact that my mom and i were even there to begin with. I'm just saying if people wanna go to counter, you should just do your job. Not everyone wants to use a dumb kiosk they actually like human socializing. I mean if they are busy the kiosk come in handy but there was one other person in there and already had their food.
Picking order for Door Dash. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The order was ready very quickly.

I ordered a combo that had nacho supreme on it. After eating the second chip, there was a big roach in my food. Took it back to the counter and the cashier opens the register and gives me back my money. Didn't apologize, didn't say I'm sorry, didn't say anything. She acted like it was my fault there was a roach in my food. I won't ever go back. I usually eat there three times a week. That's about $120 a month. $1440.00 a year I use to spend there. Your loss. I hope Taco bell Ingleside goes bankrupt and all the employees loose there jobs.
