Always a solid experience!
This Whataburger location is clean, well-run, and always delivers quality. The staff works hard to keep the line moving, the orders are accurate, and the food is always fresh. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do — from the friendly greetings to the attention to detail. Definitely one of the top Whataburger spots in the area.

My boss had a terrible experience at the Roswell, NM location. The employee was not only rude but insulted her and her family. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but she knew what she was doing and who my boss is. Corporate is gonna hear about this.

Dining room was clean, restrooms were clean. The person who took my order Sunday morning went out of her way to serve me coffee that I requested. She was friendly and provided great customer service. She made my morning! Thanks for your help with my coffee I needed that extra effort after a long weekend without good coffee. I apologize I don't remember her name it was about 10 am Sunday 10/12/25.

One burger and was the only one in line at the time. Sat at the window for about 5 min befo6the next person pulled up behind me. All together I waited about 20 min. Just the get fries that were brown from the old oil they were cooked in. Every time I come here it a 20 min to an hr wait for food and the employees are just standing around talking. The service and wait times here suck. Just go to aransas and save yourself the time.

It's a What-A-Burger, and when you live in a part of the country without them - you miss them. All WB's are not created equal from my extensive travel experience, but this one brought back all the memories I needed🫠😋
Drive thru at this location is beyond ridiculous. During lunch time even don't bother, your whole Lunch Time will be used up waiting in the drive thru line. Managers need to get their stuff together and be ready for lunchtime

Today makes 5 times that i have tried to get food from this whataburger and this makes 5 times that my order was wrong. They cry for more money but when I am one of 3 people there for food and they never get the order right why do they deserve a rainse.
