I've purchased a caramel frapp a few times from this location. Unfortunately, today when I took my first sip, something felt off and didn't taste right. However I continued to drink it. Shortly after drinking the coffee my stomach was in knots and I was in much pain. I had taken several tums and another nausea med, that provided very little relief. I had drank the coffee early in the morning and it is now almost midnight and I am still not feeling 100%. Needless to say, I will not ever purchase anything from this location again.

Is this the beginning of the end of great service and drinks? I visit this location 4-5 times per week and so far have had incredible service with perfect drink orders until my last two visits. My hot drink came out cold. I asked them to put it in the microwave. They tried to make it right by adding some hot water but it just wasn’t right, still cold. I hope this isn’t the level of service that I should get used to, but if it is, we’ll have to find another spot. It’s a shame because I know how good it can be.

We are regular customers at this Starbucks branch and usually receive great service from the staff. However, there is one employee who consistently stands out in a negative way. He is not accommodating, comes across as rude when taking and handing out our orders, and his overall attitude makes the experience unpleasant.
It’s disappointing because we come here almost every day, and all the other staff members are kind and professional. I don’t know if it’s personal, or even discriminatory, but whatever the reason, the way he treats us at the drive-thru is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend that this staff member be given proper training or coaching on customer service. Respect and courtesy should be the standard, and it only takes one rude employee to damage the reputation of the whole store.

It's been good to have this location open up awhile back because it meant that there was an available quick coffee shop on my way in from the boonies. Specifically this location though the staff is always friendly and greets me well, I've never had a bad or wrong order and they keep the flavors/ratios consistent.
This review is specifically written today because of this particular cup of coffee.
It's a Monday morning. Parents are getting older, friends are moving away, romance in the world is dying. But today a stranger gave me a smile, handed me a delicious cold brew, and took the time to add some art to my life. So I wanted to say thank you and give recognition to whoever helped me this morning, I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but know that you made my day a little bit better.

Three times in a row, they have made my order wrong. If there is any other beverage entity in the Houston metropolitan area you can go visit, please save yourself and avoid this Starbucks.
For context, two of those times I ordered tea. Tea is a very basic order, hot water and a tea bag. I'm the last person I know that goes to Starbucks. Most people I know haven't been in years, and this is why. Last visit, never again.
And if anyone employed by Starbucks reads this post, I would strongly advise against swapping drinks out without the knowledge of the customer. Some people suffer serious allergies and anaphylaxis due to employee negligence is not an issue most respectable businesses want to handle.

Starbucks has gone downhill as a company in general. No one keeps anything clean when I come in here. Tables are always a mess and so is the floor. Don't me started on the restroom. Most times I get a black coffee, poor overs are not offered anymore and the coffee is not kept fresh.

I’ve come here several times with no issues but the last few times that I have ordered the iced lavender matcha it’s just the regular matcha. If the lavender cream foam is not available it would be nice to know that at the window instead of getting home with a disappointing drink.
