Ordered 2 matcha lattes. They don’t even fill the cup. Once the foam disappears this is how much is left. Didn’t taste how we usually get it either. Mostly just milk with a hint of matcha. I’ll stick to the Missouri city location from now on.

Put your sandwiches in the back cooler where employees have access to them. They always ask you do you see any in the cooler, can you hand it to me or get an attitude when they have to walk around to grab it, then ask for a tip. Always a long wait.

Order was wrong. No big deal it happens, called to get a refund or credit, was told can’t do that over the phone. I said that since the mobile order clearly states what I ordered and this location made it wrong I shouldn’t have to come back in which is not convenient at all. She said can’t do it, even though I’ve gotten a credit to my account previously. 1 star because no apology, absolutely nothing said but telling me she can’t do anything about THEIR mistake. I understand human error occurs but this was just horrible customer service.

Today is Sunday, 01-07-2024I stop by this store to buy a coffee at 2:00 pm, there were 2 guys, I was the only client besides the others on the drive thru, I ordered a coffee and the two of them were with attitude and mean. The one who prepared my coffee just slide it on the table, I asked for sugar and he throw it on the table, I said thank you and he didn’t answer. Worst service ever, very disappointing.

Most of the staff is friendly besides this one taller girl with shorter black hair. She’s super rude majority of the time. They take all day. I sat for 35 minutes one time through the drive thru. Now it takes me 15-30 min easily most days. They aren’t quick at all.

I ordered a Venti peppermint mocha frappe with caramel drizzle. I ordered it on the app. And pulled up through the drive-through. The drink I received was semi what I ordered. However, there is a ton of whipped cream at the bottom of my drink (which I'm not sure why cause I did not request that). This Starbucks must really be struggling. Seems as though they are trying to stretch their ingredients or something.

Whoa! I honestly was not expecting the reviews to be so poor here. I am basing my review based on the past two days that I have mobile ordered. The first night was a great experience. I asked to get my mobile order via the drive thru and the guy was so nice and warm. I went in today and got my drink that I mobile ordered. The store was in immaculate shape and organized. I can tell it's brand new. Everyone was working and they are on top of their game. I can tell the drive thru gets busy and tbh it wouldn't amaze me if people drove the wrong way in :o. Both of my drinks were delicious and fresh and perfectly made. :)

When I asked the barista to lean around the counter and ask my friend what he wanted from the case, she actually said "he hasn't told me what he wants." So I said, "can you ask" and I kid you not, she said to him, "sir, whenever you're ready." Seriously lazy and, no surprise here but she wasn't wearing a name tag and her name is not on the receipt. I don't have high expectations, but if you can't manage a friendly interaction then maybe this isn't for you.
